| Nah I just seen that Tyler shot at whitey, so was curious how it even worked, does Tyler fly around looking for people on hitlist? Does he shoot every hour at someone on the list? Can he even aim bro? | |

I'm pretty sure its practically a 1% chance every time, but not sure. That's the only information about it that has been openly given. As far as I'm aware a CL hasn't died to Tyler shooting them off of the hitlist yet. |
