I've come here today to inform you that my underboss, Gwarble, will be moving to Philadelphia to form his own family and to grow further as a mafioso.  He has been a big help since our humble beginnings in New York and constantly protecting myself and the city.  I could not have asked for a better man to help me achieve my wildest dreams.  Now it is your chance, Grin, to achieve yours.

Aah, Philadelphia. A fine city that too long has remained devoid of life and activity. Well, at least from the perspective of our sort at any rate. The city and government officials over there have grown complacent and slothful over this past while, and I can't think of anyone better suited to take advantage of the fact than you Gwarble. I'm sure you'll do a bang-up job in bringing the place back under a more profitable grip, and I wish you all the best in doing so.

Only kidding. I'd just like to take some - read all - of the credit for this, we all know I carried you throughout the early weeks of The Barble. Catapulting you to the glitzy life of a supposed-editor. Despite all the warm milks with Colin and stealth rimmings by Shelly, you kept your feet firmly on the ground. Fair play.
