As Diablos flies over Philly in his jet he looks out of the window and sees fireworks going off and lots of colours down below. He sees people celebrating in the streets and having a great time. He smiles at the recent news of Gwarble taking over Philly. He puts his seatbelt back on and awaits his jet to land.

As the jet touches down he undoes his belt and quickly gets ready to go and join in the party. After all Diablos couldn't miss an event like this. Especially one of such a great friend. As the jet pulls to an halt he opens the door and quickly runs down the steps. He heads towards the nearest exit of the airport.

As he approaches the front of the airport Diablos' car awaits him outside. He quickly opens the door and jumps in.

"Driver, take me to the party!"

The driver nods at Diablos and puts his foot down. There is music all around the streets and people celebrating their new Godfathers arrival and the new hope for Philly. As the car draws closer to the main part of the party Diablos signals for the driver to stop and he steps out the car.

"Thank you driver."

The driver nods once more and then heads off. Diablos looks around and notices Gwarble, Anselmo, Stone and SpaceMountain standing on a platform. Diablos approaches the men and smiles at Gwarble.

"Gwarble.. or should I say Grinny. You have been a great friend to me in Los Angeles, You have helped me with a lot of things and also guiding me in the right direction of many things. I couldn't of asked for much more of a friend then you have been and to see you being given this chance to lead your own city brings happiness to my soul."

Diablos takes a breath and a sip from his flask.

"I couldn't think of a better person to lead this fantastic city. It holds a lot of history and is a awesome city for money. I know you will use this money to build your city and to make it the best it can be. You have some great people alongside you and I will miss you all. I wish you all the best with Philly and just remember that your brothers over in LA are always about."

Diablos smiles at Gwarble and turns his attention to Anselmo and Stone.

"Anselmo, we have had a few talks here and there and you are a fantastic guy. You're a great leader and I know you will step up to the challenge of Underboss with your head held high. You'll do a fantastic job my friend and the very best of luck to you."

"Stone, we haven't spoken much however I am sure it won't be to long before we do. I wish the best of luck to you also and I am sure Gwarble has picked a great man for the job of his first captain. Do him proud my friend."

Diablos takes another sip from his flask and clears his throat.

"I wish you all the very best in Philly. I know you all will make it a fantastic city like it once was and I can't wait to see the upcoming changes!"

Diablos turns around and looks at the celebrating crowd and holds his flask up in the air.

"I hold a toast to Philly's new leadership!"

All of the crowd cheer and carry on partying. Diablos then turns around and smiles. He shakes Gwarble's, Anselmo's and Stone's hand and then he stands next to SpaceMountain and smiles happily for Philly's new era.
