Excuse me sir, as far as i know, as in my ancesstors journal, you dont have the right to kill a sponsored member of a family till it is given to you by the HSL or the Family Leaders, its been a RULE since from the start, even you are granted and be at a Hitsquad you have no right to kill any member even they are not doing or gaining anything for your family. when you go to the Rules of every family, it is written there that you have no right to kill any sponsored people or member until the leader say s, you have signed and read it I assume.

I see now well as far as i could see this is new in our society, its not my ancestors journal, I think it is good that you can pay a credit so you can kill an IA, but I hope there will be some kind of proof that you paid for that IA. And it is reasonable enough that if it is paid IA you have all the right to kill it since you pay for it. but I doubt that a paid IA will be a sponsored one that is why they are called IA. Now for your problem you should give the proof to your leader that it is a paid IA so they sort things out. but I am at your shoe and if i see that my paid IA is sponsored i go check the City Hall about it first and then go to my leader and ask about it before killing it. As i have said sponsored member or people in here even they are inactive or active you should not raise your gun on them unless the leaders gives you a nod.

The facts that make me believe this are quite simple.

It is impossible to take a contact on an MIA and it be in a family.

An inactive person is defined by the gods as not being around for 7 days however a variety of reasons mean that this can be quite common from as simple as taking a holiday to the old country to falling ill in hospital. However whilst this person is part of the family it is up to the crew leader and his upper structure how long they give them before they decide that they are no longer a productive family member. It isn't your choice and it sure as hell wasn't the decision of your father when he shot the person.

I have little doubt RoRoG would have had a rule in his HQ saying the shooting of sponsored members is punishable by death. Your father took a chance shooting at a sponsored member and paid the consequences. You pour shame on your fathers memory that you are unable to man up and take your dads punishment.
