My husband is a best friend, but I do have some other friends that I would say are my best friends as well and some of them play this game, and I have known for 17 years. I also have a close friend that been friends with since 14 that I don't get to talk to often but when I do it is just like it was yesterday I seen him. I just wish I could talk to my childhood best friend more but she is in trouble, and probably going to jail for 10 years. 

Yes, my wife is my best friend.  She is the most patient and supportive person I've ever known.  We are definitely Ying and Yang, and I think that is what makes things work so well.  Love her to death.

I would say my wife is my best friend. She's the one person I don't mind having around when I'm in a low spot or am sickly and just want the world to go away. I can be honest with her about anything, even if I know it'll be frustrating. That and I know we'll never stay mad for more than an evening.

I've got at least one other friend that closer than the rest, but I still am happy to take time away from them when the moment strikes.
