Yep most people on these shores generally are here because of friendships with other bloodlines and when you have to hide said friendships it sucks and drains the point of being here.

Is not co-opperation between leaders. Its one who is weak (Cletus) who has always relied on someone to tell him what to do an when to do it. If he was alone he'd be the worst leader the world has ever seen. But he is lonely and easily manipulated so he make and idea godfather.

Same thing happened last time his family was in charge. He gave little care just wanted to murder, so Spiral 's bloodline directed him where to go and when and it happened. Cletus is not genius in politics or manuvering and thus he is just a puppet. But nothing says good times like a puppet with strings all around him killing things.
