Definitely beaches, although the mountains were beautiful. I've been to multiple beaches, cant' think of a specific favorite. |

I never heard of anyone saying lets go to the mountain today. However I have heard people say lets go to the beach |

Mountains, specifically the Colorado Rocky Mountain range. I prefer the northern section (Estes Park area) when viewed from the plains facing west. Used to have a house on Greeley that had a huge picture window that faced west, and it still is one of my favorite scenery images of all time. |

Both have its adventages and are great. But yet for me no vacation without sea so i choose beach :) Which one is a bit difficutl question as i seen many great ones on Thassos , Skiathos and Lefkada. Its hard to compare it... |

Depends. With family I'm inclined to say the beach. We have a couple on the east of Scotland that are really nice and not too hot...at any point. Me on my own, I would grab a bike and cycle up a mountain, or at least some of the way up!! if I would pick some, they would be the iconic climbs of the Tour de France or Giro. |

Hmm. This is actually extremely difficult for me to choose between. I love a good hike where the outcome is a beautiful view form the mountain top. BUT I also very much enjoy just setting up a chair and umbrella on the beach. Watching the ocean, waves, clouds, etc. on a sunny day from a beach is just so nice and relaxing. Grrrr. I think I have to choose Beaches. |

Mountains all the way. I can't stand sand getting everywhere and in everything. These is nothing better than going out and getting a great view from the top. |
