I dip bins, thats my thing. Theres nothing wrong with bin dipping. If more people would dip bins the world would be a better place.

Simply put: A rogue is a rogue. Zeus, you mentioned yourself, there is a very very low chance at being able to weed these lowlifes out until they make theirselves public. You speak of a plan. Your way of thinking is not bad in my opinion, it's good to know that while ALL of your points might not either make sense to alot of people, or it would be damn hard to put them into action, that you recognize a problem and want to do something about it. Keep in mind though, bud, that you are definitely not the first and/or only mobster to be aware of it. Knowing that, sit back and ponder why there have not been discussions about this topic for some time. To my knowledge; and I could be wrong, it was a month or so past. Since then, the threat of these rogues having any major impact has lessened; not that it was significantly high to begin with. Like someone mentioned earlier, the lifespan of a rogue that has gone public with his or her intentions does not usually last longer than the time it takes for him to pop off a couple rounds.

It is not that I believe it cannot be changed, because anything is possible, but the likeliness of someone having their intentions set in stone about going rogue and then throwing their "hard work" away because you say "you know you should really stop that" is probably even lower than that of weeding them out in the first place. So, as Syriana stated, "we are more secure than ever" tells me this: Given that you want to see a change is good, but what I think alot of people are trying to say and my shared opinion is that there may be a time period where you will not see a rogue for a while, but that does not mean it's necessarily because of some plan you come up with. I say that since we are secure, we keep it that way.

And I will end with this: You see a rogue, you kill them. Doesn't take that long, and it's over with.

I really wasn't going to talk about this subject! But I feel as though our family has been misrepresented by quite frankly idiots! The only person that has talked in this forum and  representing our family that makes any sense in ChaosSpike-Andolini!! The way I see it we should all be working together to make sure 'this thing of ours" expands, Isnt that the point of this whole thing? Rogues are just that and they should be deal with as though they are traders to omerta!
