Personally having worked with VoxNeruda prior to being kicked out by the boss, I found him to be devious and conniving, but a bit stupid. I dont think Grin is the sort to be putting trust in a homeless bum like Vox, it's bad enough he trusts you and your midget porn addiction Zapata, but I got to believe that Grin isn't that stupid, plus we all know that the real reason LA took out Philly was because Disorder's son was hiding in that city. 

What it looks like to me is that in the tradition of hack reporters everywhere, SamAdams has made up his fancy story to sell copy and laid the blame squarely at the feet of VoxNeruda in order to perhaps sully diplomatic ties and hopefully scoop a second story from the aftermath. Incredibly well thought out and devious, apart from choosing Vox as his Patsy... people would believe it more if he had chosen even Elodin.

Its a HQ, not a fuckin hotel. Our HQ has a bar, a vault, and an absurd amount of glory holes. Some say Goldust was behind that, but that’s another story for another day. 

My friend Hawk is correct. We're not shacked up like the Marines. We are rich and successful gangsters (except VoxNeruda, who is very poor). We have our own homes (except VoxNeruda, who is homeless). The HQ is a place of business, not a shelter. As much as I love your idea of a mafia organization being run like a Boy Scout summer camp where we trade scary stories between our 6 side-by-side bunk beds, you will find the truth is we do have to go home, slowly get whiskey-drunk to a staticky radio program and ignore our families at night. 

I dont do gloryholes Hawk, I like to look my tricks square in the eyes when involved in any dalliances. Never felt the need to hide behind a toilet stall wall to get my kicks.

It's not that we can't, @John_Wick_, it's that we don't want to. If you can follow the logic here, it stands to reason that VoxNeruda would stink up any piece of furniture we allowed him to sleep on, and not just the couch that we have. Buying a new couch would not solve that problem. In fact, it would just lead to a room cluttered with couches, which is not ideal for anyone, especially if they all end up stinking like VoxNeruda.

I also don't believe you have the necessary qualifications to declare this disciplinary hearing over, Mr. Wick, and if anything are doing your best to prolong the proceedings with your lengthy sidebar about the nature of a mafia HQ being more like a terrible orphanage full of angry men than a place where button men meet to slip a tribute to the boss and enjoy a drink with the fellas. 

Imagine actually having a couch inside a respectable mafia HQ. Are you out of your mind? This is a mafia HQ, not a frat house. Maybe the fly by night HQ’s you are accustom to have a tacky couch in them but you’ll never find anything of the sort in a Grin-07 clubhouse.  Ever.
