You can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets!

One of my favorite motivational speakers is Eric Thomas.

“When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you'll be successful.”

Grit is that ‘extra something' that separates the most successful people from the rest. It's the passion, perseverance, and stamina that we must channel in order to stick with our dreams until they become a reality." -Travis Bradberry

"Only a man who knows what it is like to be defeated can reach down to the bottom of his soul and come up with the extra ounce of power it takes to win when the match is even."

My daily motivation is brought on by a slogan at work.

"Be 1% better every day."

It hit me like a truck when I first started working there. Just a small amount of difference every day, but every 100 days, you're twice the person you were. And it all happens without being extremely active about it. Just consciously do one thing slightly better every day. Think about your every day tasks just an IOTA more. Making food? Maybe 10 seconds less would make this steak better. Playing a video game? Maybe trying this move a second later or before will make all the difference.

Whatever it may be people, just try to be 1% better every day. You'll see the results in a year, bet!

a wise man once told me that if you didnt learn something new every day, you had a bad day. that quote is proven true in many ways almost daily for a lot of people.

"I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easier way to do it." - A quote by Bill Gates.

I would say that was inspiring... There is hope for so many of us after all! ;)

You Only Live Once

So, do whatever you want and like.

Never think what others say about you.

Stop looking at your past missed opportunities or you will miss the next one coming just like you missed those.

"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass. It's about learning to dance in the rain."

Sometimes life gives you something that feels like you can't get past it, like things can't get better, like you're caught in hurricane-like situation and all you can see is the damage. Just know that even storms end and look for your rainbow. It's not easy to do, trying to stay positive.

i list to bible on CD

i pray to the lord

then i listen to gospel music

Report Post Tip

every morning i listen to the bible then i pray to the lord give the world peace and from illness then i listen to the gospel music

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost, but now am found
Was blind but now I see

Was Grace that taught my heart to fear
And Grace, my fears relieved
How precious did that Grace appear
The hour I first believed

Through many dangers, toils and snares
We have already come
T'was Grace that brought us safe thus far
And Grace will lead us home

I don´t have any sort of daily motivation. I just wake up without thinking too much about the past or future and generally try to keep a clear mind.

The greatest glory is not never failing, but rising if we ever fall.

I like this quote because of how much it relates to this world of ours

After the alarm rings' up for a shower and dressed eat breakfast,,  off to work cutting it close.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.
Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were all meant to shine as children do.
It’s not just in some of us, it’s in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

A remarkable quote from the movie Coach Carter. One of my dad's fave movies. First watched it with him when I was a kid. I watched it again just recently (after a decade) and I just realized that it's what my dad was always trying to teach me growing up: perseverance.

I am a true believer of accountability. You can't have a lottery mindset and expect everything to come to you. You gotta get up and do something!

John Wayne - smart dude.

"The world is a tough place.  It's tougher when you're stupid."

I think that was him.  I forget but it sticks with me.

One of my favorites is:

“Never interrupt an enemy making a mistake.”

Maybe not the best but nice reminder everyone does stuff wrong and it can help those paying attention.
