Smithy politely shakes Hanabi's hand and looks over at Angela as they get a fortune cookie each. He wasn't sure if they were meant to eat or just open them to read the fortunes, but he was afraid to ask. "I had a great time and I would love to visit again, and thank you so much for the fortune cookie." He wasn't sure where he'd be of to next, but who knows what the day would bring. He reaches for his shades and puts them on as they head out the door. |

While it was not usual for her to shake hands, it was a practice that she became familiar with since ever she arrived at this country. Therefore she did not mind it at all and also gently shook his hand as well. Putting her second hand on top of theirs, as is usual in Japan. Old habits die hard, as she did not even consciously think about doing so. She looks around and excuses herself before getting back to work and waving one last time for the day. |

"Oh, the cookie!" Angela said excitedly. "It's the very best part, you know." She smiled at Smithy and then touched Hanabi gently on the sleeve of her kimono. She couldn't remember any of the goodbye words in Japanese. "Thank you for the perfect meal. You really do have the best restaurant in town. See you at the Christmas market later!" She play-whispered before they made their way out the door and into the chilly Detroit day. "Okay, Mr. Smithy, you have two choices, but both will take you to the same place. There's the card room, and there's the couch at my place above it. I hope you aren't allergic to cats!" Angela grinned, then climbed into the back of the car. |

Hanabi did not mind having the sleeve of her kimono touched by Monkey_Schrute at all. She smiles at the woman while nodding thankfully. It was great to hear that both of them enjoyed their time here when they were all working so hard to make it work as well. She cannot help but look at the woman and then say ''Thank you very much. Ja matta-ne'' for see you later as she was sure to pay the Christmas market at least a little visit as well. |

Frank walked back into The Imperial Dragon he wasn't hungry but he wanted to check in on Hanabi. It had been a few weeks since he had been in Detroit. He looked around and saw that Hanabi was busy talking with customers so he took a seat at a free table. A waitress handed him a menu and poured him a glass of green tea. Frank thanked her and looked over the menu. He ordered tonkatsu with shredded cabbage, rice and miso soup. |

The restaurant started to be a bit quieter than before as it was starting to get late and the performance had meanwhile also already entered its finishing stage. Instead of only a concert with the help of the shamisen, it was not also partly a kabuki show. Hanabi could not help but also watch it, as she enjoyed those kinds of plays back in her home country. As Hanabi had a bit more free time on her hands she looked all around and then went to the table of Frank-Rosario ''Konban-wa back here I see?'' she smiles. |

Ethan wanted to thank Hanabi for her patronage at his club, so he thought it would be only proper for him to return the favor and visit her establishment. He made sure he was in nicer attire than the usual jeans and t-shirt he wore on his days off. He grabbed a nice pair of dress pants and a clean crisp button up shirt. He made an attempt to comb and style his hair, but as always, it just did whatever it wanted. He shrugged before he headed out the door to make his way to the Imperial Dragon. Ethan paused at the start of the little bridge that lead to the entrance of the building, and he admired the aesthetic of the building and the surrounding area. He waved a little hello to the Maneki-Neko statues before making his way inside the restaurant. His eyes swept along the dragons and other mythical creatures that adorned the walls, as well as the diamond studded lamps on the ceiling. Combing the décor with the music that played, Ethan felt like he had been swept away to a different land. When his eyes found their way to the giant buddha statue he found himself fighting an urge to go up and rub the giant statue's belly. Ethan jumped when he heard the 'Konban-wa' greeting, and while he had heard Hanabi say that at least a dozen times at the Brown HQ, he couldn't help feeling like a duck out of water when it was said at the restaurant. It reminded him of the time he found himself utterly confused at an authentic Italian restaurant where event the menu was in Italian. He quickly straightened up, "Um, hi. Is miss Hanabi around? I'm a co-worker of hers. Thought I'd come say hello..." His words were quickly spoken, an assured failed attempt to cover his fish out of water feeling. |

Some time should pass and the shamisen concert combined with the kabuki theatre play was also finished by now. This was, however, most certainly not the end of the evening and night at all, as those got replaced by taiko drummers setting up on each side of the stage who are starting to drum in a calm rhythm for now. The closed curtain should slowly open, and two men dressed in traditional clothes appear on the stage. One is wearing a Shinsengumi kimono while the other one is wearing the typical clothes showing off the status of a ronin. A polar opposite in richness and status in clothes compared to the first. The drums also started to get faster as both men wearing katana started to fight and also perform stunts. This was just a show with both of them not even trying to harm each other but wanting to show a performance. Hanabi could not help but observe the play. She herself was also a master of the sword and bow. All movement happens so fast, and one mistake or slight opening from the opponent is more than enough to kill them. |

Smithy walks into The imperial dragon, he had such a lovely time the last time he was there. He stopped at the Buddha statue and looked at it, it was truly majestic. He stood there for a little bit admiring it as he thought about what he was going to order today. Who know's maybe someone would even join him. "Hey there, could I have a table please?" Smithy smiles and removes his glasses quickly as he wanted to be polite and respectful. |

Ethan stood and watched as Hanabi bowed a greeting, an action that felt different to him. He wasn't sure what he should do, so he gave her a slight bow in return. As he stood back up, his grey eyes squinted slightly. His brain finally clicked as to who was in front of him! " Hanabi !" He said, but his voice clearly shocked. "You look different. I mean you look beautiful, just different. I almost didn't recognize you! I wanted to personally thank you for your patronage at my club. I thought I might return the favor. Though I must admit, I have no idea where to begin." Ethan's eyes looked around the establishment, and his face showed equal amounts of fascination and interest. "The place is absolutely fantastic, is this similar to what I might find in Japan? What might you recommend to someone as clueless as myself?" His eyes continued to look around and take in more of the detail of the paintings, the architecture, the music, the absolutely beautiful women blending perfectly in his mind with the music. His curiosity and interest were definitely peaked, and he was hoping his fellow Detroit associate had time to spare for him. |

Zeb spots @Ravanelli and notices his melancholy aura Did someone say music? Zeb sets up the karaoke machine and bursts into a rendition of the latest hits of the day, and a touch of Bing Crosby to keep it down with the kids. |

Frank walked into the Imperial Dragon he wanted to she the picture of the love Hanabi one last time. When he saw the picture he closed his eyes so that he could hear her voice once more. He couldn't bring himself to move his feet then he looked at the room as people were eating. He went and sat at the table were they frist spoke to each other. He ordered a cup of green tea with three egg rolls. He looked at the designs she had on the walls then he looked at the mirror she had imported from Japan. |
