Fuamnach almost walked past the bowling alley but she was feeling lucky after glancing around at the competition. 

"I'd like to show these guys how it's done thank you"

Harison slowly made a pyramid of bowling balls on the floor of the bowling alley.   A five by five ball base supported the structure, followed by a row of 4 by 4, 3 by 3.... until there was just one ball at the very top of the pyramid.   

The crowd looked puzzled.

Then suddenly, with the gracefulness of a ballerina, Harison leapt on top of the bowling ball pyramid to address the crowd.

"Hello bowling fans, or gambling fans, whichever you may be!  I am pleased to announce we have continued to have a flurry of entries to this competition from all parts of the country.    Thank you for your continued support and I hope you all are enjoying it as much as I am!"

"Let me recap the recent entries for you all..."

Scarfo managed five strikes in his game but left far too many open frames, including two 3's and two 4's, finishing with a 113.

Papua didn't fare too well in his first entry, only managing two strikes.   A pair of gutterballs in the second frame didn't help matters either, leaving him with a score of 124.

Silverknight now has the distinction of rolling the lowest score of the competition so far!  Although things started off good with a strike in the opening frame, it went downhill quick with a 1 in the second frame and a 3 in the third.    In the end, his score was a 63.

Asher 's forearms seemed to be back in form as he rolled an impressive 7 strikes throughout his round.   A pair of gutterballs in the sixth frame cost him a shot at beating his personal best score, though.   He finished with a 168.

Azathoth started off great with a strike and a spare to begin but then got a bit inconsistent from there including rolling a 1 in the ninth frame.   He finished with a 122.

Saanvi started out her game poorly with back to back 4's in the first two frames.   She heated up from there rolling three strikes in a row but then struggled again with a 1 in sixth frame and a pair of gutterballs in the seventh frame.   She finished her up and down round with a 101.

Mona stepped up to try to defend her spot on top of the Detroit leaderboard.   She managed five strikes but overall it was an inconsistent performance ending things poorly with a 4 in the tenth frame, earning her a 139.

Fuamnach entered for the first time, looking to dethrone Mona from the top of the city leaderboard.   She started off slow with a pair of gutterballs in the first frame but woke up from there rolling six strikes throughout the rest of her game.   She finished with a 157 which is good enough for a spot on top of the Detroit leaderboard!

Harison did a somersault off of the bowling ball pyramid and made his way over to the wall to post the SCORECARDS for everyone to review and then also updated the leaderboard...

Having bowled an absolutely horrible game yesterday, SilverKnight slinked back to the entry table and phoned his accountant. This time he was going to try and save face. He awaited his call for the next game and mentally shook of the last loss.

After a not-so-good bowling game yesterday, Mona was back to see if she could claim the title back of Detroit leader. She was prepped and ready to go with a shiny new bowling ball.

Harison approached the crowd to provide an update on a couple of recent entries.

SilverKnight managed to double his score from yesterday, rolling four strikes and a couple of spares on his way to a 141...a personal best!

Mona rolled four strikes and a spare in her game but had a string of three 8's in the fourth, fifth and sixth frame that proved to be her downfall this entry.   She finished with a 128.

Harison posted the two SCORECARDS on the wall for review.   The leaderboard remained the same.

After a couple of meh bowling games and taking a day off to practice her bowling, Mona was ready to challenge the title of Detroit leader once more. 

"Let's see if this training paid off."

Now was the time for Azathoth to show the bowling community at large what he was made out of, and so taking out his brand new ball he had brought all the way in from the old country it was time for some strikes.

Here you are, one million.

Setting it down near Harison he walked directly towards the alleys and was ready to start throwing down.

Deciding that LA were lazy and hadn't really turned out in the bowling competition Gordon decides to send his sous chef with another briefcase full of money for another attempt at the total win. Gordon had been training and thought that he could win easily 

tebo smiled.. his name still a top the Chicago leader board. But he had eyes on the overall prize. He'd given Godmother Saanvi a couple of tips.. but not revealed all his trade secrets. See the problem is, confidence is all well and good but you just can't teach this physique or athletic prowess in a couple of sessions.

Papua carries another small briefcase over to Harison's office at the downtown Philly area

Hi there mr Harison, seeing that mr Tebo is puffing his chest as much, it's time for someone to bowl some air out of it to make it regular size!!

Harison got up to address the spectators after the last batch of entrants.

"Thank you all for your continued support!  We have a little over a week left of this competition and I'm very excited to see the final rush to get atop the leaderboards.   

"Will anyone dethrone Karizma at the top of the overall leaderboard?   She rolled a 238 and the next closest so far has been EthanElijah with a 218.   Unfortunately for him, he entered while he was representing Philadelphia or else he would be at the top of the New York leaderboard.  Let's get to the recap of the latest games."

Azathoth entered for the third time and made the most of it!  He rolled eight strikes including five in a row to earn him a spot on top of the Detroit leaderboard.   He finished with a 198.  Will Fuamnach enter again and seek to regain his top spot?

Papua had a very good round and almost made his way on top of the Chicago leaderboard.  He finished with five strikes with the seventh frame being the first open frame in his game which is pretty impressive.   He finished with a 175.

Harison posted the SCORECARDS on the wall and updated the leaderboard before grabbing a drink and got ready to watch a few more games.

It was not easy for Saanvi to forget her poor performance. She had to come up with a plan to improve her performance and try to take over the lead from tebo.

She went to Cossack for advice and he looked at her bowling ball.

"You have 'borrowed' this ball from Asher right? I think that's why you're not performing well. Why don't you get a bowling ball made especially for you?"

Saanvi looked at the ball and thought that Cossack was right. This is not a special ball for her.
She went to the bowling ball specialist and asked for advice.

"Well, that's a bit difficult to determine what kind of ball and what weight is right for you. You have to try a few balls first to find out. I will give you a ball that I think must be good. If you do score with it, I can make one especially for you".

This all sounded great and Saanvi happily went to the bowling centre to sign up for another match.

"I am ready, count me in".

SilverKnight decides to give it one last go and approaches the sign up table. He calls his accountant and has $1m wired to Harison. SilverKnight gets his shoes ready and awaits being called.

After weeks of training, Takkar was ready to give the bowling competition another try. This would be his third and final one and he had been preparing for this day at his Philly forest retreat. The entire landscape near his cabin had changed over the course of the week as he rolled boulders into trees, practicing for the perfect strike. The road to excellence had plenty of collateral damage as well, namely over a dozen raccoons and deer that lay dead in the clearing near the lodge.

"Harison !" Takkar barged into the bowling alley in style. He had found the best getup for the event, shopping all over the country for shoes, suits and hats. In his moment of weakness he had even visited a squirrel mystic for advice. Takkar was feeling extremely confident and lucky. In fact his only worry at this point was about bringing sorrow to Karizma by dethroning her from the top of the leaderboard.

Takkar cleared his throat to get the attention of the people present in the arena. Holding up three fingers he announced, "300 ! .... Prepare to see the perfect game folks. Prepare to be amazed." With that he handed a suitcase full of cash to Harison and walked to the bowling lane with his brand new green ball.

Guess whos back? Back again. Belle is back, to get this cash.

Harison, I have upgraded my ball, bag, and sack and am ready to rule the world. Or, you know, just score better than the last game I bowled. I will have my accountant wire the money to you right away.

Belle walks away to polish her upgraded blue ball and wait for her turn to bowl.

After his humiliating first round of bowling Johhny had spent many days sulking and practicing with his balls. After training so hard that his right arm had grown double the size of his left he was confident enough to go for round two and show these big shots that you don't need good shoes to win a bowling game. He walked up to Harison's table, dropped a briefcase with a million smackeroonies into his lap, gave a quick nod that he was ready, and walked over to the bartender for a couple of shots of rum while he patiently waited for his turn.

Thomas Crown takes off his tie and grabs his ball bag. Takes a swig of his lucky whiskey. And then points his BG to hand over a duffle bag to Harison. 

That should take care of the dues, good sir. Lets try this again shall we.

After the final entrant rolled his last ball down the lane, Harison got up to address the crowd to provide a final update and then reveal the winners of the competition.  

Saanvi made one last attempt to take the top spot on the Chicago leaderboard.   She started off well with three straight strikes to open things up but a 1 in the fourth frame and a 3 in the sixth frame ended any hopes of getting the top spot.  She finished with a 151.

Takkar managed four strikes but left far too many open frames, finishing with a 80.

Silverknight rolled five strikes in his final entry but a 3, 4, and 5 in a few frames was his downfall.  He finished with a 127.

Asher the competitor with the most entries, gave it one final go and put up a respectable performance.  He had six strikes including four in a row but a couple of 2's and a 3 led him to finish with a 146.

ThomasCrown rolled eight strikes on his way to tie Ravina on top of the New York leaderboard, creating some drama to end the competition.   He finished with a 188.

Belle- rolled a couple of pairs of gutterballs in the sixth and tenth frame leading to a 90 in her final entry.

JohhnyNoShoes also was bit with the gutterball bug, rolling a pair in the fifth frame and finished with a score of 80 in his final entry.

"Well, ladies and gentlemen, it looks like this competition isn't quite over yet!    ThomasCrown and Ravina must to a roll-off to determine the NY winner.    Everything else on the leaderboard has been determined.   Here is the SCORECARD for the latest entries to review!"

Harison then made his way over to update the leaderboard and then went to get the New York roll-off underway.
