I have a hard time believing that a community of people who have been here for over 8 years going through who everyone was that you DD'd on this one just randomly started threatening you in real life, is this the result of arguments occurring over a time period?

I am just curious because I am good friends with the people that you DD'd and have argued with almost every single one of them at least once or more in my life and they have never gone that route with me or with anyone else I have seen.

It seems like every time the world explodes specifically when groups are being targeted there ends up a thread about people threatening you, did you really tell Clank that he is a drug addict and should stick a needle in his arm and go do some crimes and not expect him to retort with something RL based? Just curious if this is true or not.

You are way too involved in this game as an Owner, and I get it you love this game its your world but you took a step back in the past for these kinds of reasons and it seems like maybe it is best to have somebody else start handling complaints and shit because it seems like things are going way too far when things occur in game that players disagree with and arguments are had.

Just my two cents anyways.

It feels like every couple of months you put your foot down but then you don't actually stick to it. Then shit hits the fan and you're lowering yourself to Clank and then using it as a defense. Anything said not in line with how you feel you DD them. 

Why not actually utilize your admin team/help desk? Why are YOU getting all the messages? Why do SOME (not all like you make it sound) players have ways to contact you outside of MR/IRC? Why are you always here?

Do not excuse threats of real life violence.

You run your mouth about peoples past real lives not their MR life and this is not the first time you have done this, numerous times you have tried to talk shit about peoples real life and when they push back you play victim and cry about how people are threatening you. 

You would not walk up to somebody IRL you are having an argument with who use to do drugs and tell them to stick a needle in their arm and go commit crimes and not have them punch you or worse. You need to learn where the real lines are, MR is a shit game that you have allowed to crumble and you continue to push people away from with bullshit like this, every time you don't get your way or people disagree with your decisions you throw a fit.

You can do better than this man, or maybe you cant, I don't know I lost faith in you as an Owner years ago and I guess nothing has changed, have fun being a delusional fucking moron with a shitty dying game.

Instead of asking why it just randomly started, better to start asking why is it always the same people involved in every incident. No matter whether these incidents occurred over the period of time (which they did, so many times) or did they not, there is absolutely zero reason to threaten someone IRL over a game, end of story. I get that people invest money and time and everything else, but that is no reason to bash anyone or threaten anyone IRL, whoever did that is lucky that police is not involved.

The reason they did not threaten others are multiple: A) They don't care enough about XYZ, B) Person is not in position of power, CL, GFC and such, so no need to bother with Mades XYZ. C) You are friends with someone as they fit the same phycological profile, in example, KKK friends. They are all friends, they never threaten each other, yet the threaten others.

The only reason it is "specific group" bein targeted, it because it is always the same people involved, or most of the times. For sure they were runs where someone else was causing problems and every player that had great run has my respect, no matter who it may be. But I cannot respect those that were involved in cheating (example Casino incident) or those who threat, abuse, write crazy stuff in main etc. That is my two cents.

Owner being "too far involved" is the reason why the game is so great, to an extent it brings extra flavor. No one cried "involvement" when we got V-Days and Halloween events, or when we were able to INVEST into the game and get everything back, plus credits. No game ever did that, no owner ever did that.

Owner being "far too involved" was also why Casino fraud was caught and Izzy went trough records. 

Owner being "far too involved" also saved so many asses, from various scams and credit stealing and other frauds.

And this is just coming from me, I do not play this as much as others do, I am not involved as many others, and yet, I can count so many different ways when Owner saved the game or resolved an issue.

It was not the first rollback ever, it was not the first time something was being resolved, did he make some mistakes over the years, yes. We all did. Last thing that was being fixed was actually for the betterment of the game, otherwise, distance makes no sense, sell HQ, transfer to LA, shoot LA without distance trouble. Sell that HQ, go to NY and shoot someone else and that calculation error was noticed and fix was prepared, attempted, which many games would just ignore, mark it as "Feature" and voila, have fun buying HQs and flying around.

Izzy personally saved my ass at least 3 times when I screwed up a purchase and lost "bonus" because I bought 100$ instead of 4x25$, which other Owner would give all the rewards and say "You know what mate, keep those extra 10-20-30 creds you got as a bonus, fuck it" who would do that? No one. Reply would be "We are sorry for inconvenience caused, please be careful with next purchase"

And what you (not directly, just MR) calls a complaint is this "Hey you XYZ racist pig, why don't you go suck some XYZ" and of course, it was a formal complaint.

We had a chance to fix this bug, everyone was revived, Izzy went trough the numbers and worked on it, but of course, that is racism...

Also, even, EVEN if Izzy fired the first shot and said "Drugs, bla bla" that is no reason for death threats or physical harm

We are all adults, we are all responsible for our actions. Let us enjoy the game and build a community and have fun. Or don't, but no one is forcing anyone to stay. When I get bored or whatever, I will leave. When you don't agree with something, talk it our.

As soon as accusations and harsh words drop, it is over, no matter what the argument is, no matter if you are 100% right, once it becomes personal, all other arguments are null and void.

One time I mailed Toby about how prem sexually harassed me openly multiple times in Lounge, and I got no response. I didn't feel safe going to izzy about it because this is how he typically reacts to people when he isnt close to them, or you bring up one of his friends. Lets stop acting like izzy is the victim and not the person who is driving away his community by always making sure to insult them or belittle them in anyway. I'm sure you would have told me that is a police matter, as if you don't police your userbase. 

My husband is fighting for his life with Cancer, And you guys think MR is more important and are willing to waste your energy talking shit to the Admin. I hope Izzy bands all your ass that last out and get a grip on what is important people..... THIS IS STILL A GAME, WE ALL DIE. 

Izzy you have more control than Id have that's for sure, People that  threaten you  or your  family needs serious help and they are not going to find it here...

This is a game that Izzy created. It sucks that he has to become a babysitter for adults. This is his work, and every single one of us want to enjoy our work. He shouldn't have to feel guilty from getting to know people and enjoying the job he does. The more he enjoys it the better he will make it for us.

He has always tried to do things fairly. He goes above and beyond to make this game a fun place, that can be played for free, or have extra perks for low money.  He works hard to give us all kinds of events that cheap or free to play and even ways to earn credits so if  you can't afford much you can still get to do things. 

He should not have to be assaulted verbally or abused. It should never get to real life threats. People can have honest calm discussions and make a much better point than being aggressive, and you will be more likely to be listened to. You can't expect Izzy to be attacked all day by multiple people and him not loose his temper as well. We are all human and there is only so much one person can take. Guys this is his passion, he has always tried to listen and make things better for us. However he is still just human and one person.  We all should be respectful of one another no matter if it is Izzy, helpdesk, any of the other people who work for the game, or even each other.   Lets try to keep this a fun place for everyone.

I have played this game since 2009. I, like Dalora, received my first ever DD today. I've also never been warned, never been admin jailed, never had to be spoken to by any staff members, etc.  

Not a single time have I ever threatened this game or anyone in it IRL. I have never brought up family, and I have never contacted anyone IRL regarding ANY matter in the game other than the standard "WAR" message to family members. I have never cheated, never accused admins, never exploited, I have never asked if my shot could hit, I have never asked for the identity of incogs, etc etc. 

I received my DD because I posted three words in the "Tired" announcement: This is fucked. And you know what? It is. It was F'd when revives came through last week, it was F'd when the game userbase pissed and moaned about the options to take, and it still is F'd after it was basically decided to say fuck it, everyone lives but Dom dies...with no notice. To be transparent, I do think Izzy was placed in a weird spot on how to handle this once the bug was discovered. But I'll also say that the situation has only deteriorated since then, and it's not just the hagglers to blame. I do not know who Dominic is, I do not care. As a relative outsider, the situation was fucked from the start and ended in probably the worst way possible. 

There are posts in here, including the original post, that attack me (as if I'm a "they") and try to make it seem like there is a certain group of people who are responsible for this admin rage. While there are names associated routinely with negativity on this site, I am not one of those people. I do not willingly play with any of those people. I belong to no cliques or groups of players. I am largely a solo-player, I have no alliance to any of you in-game or OOC. An opinion should not get a player DD'd. If it's the language I used that got me DD'd then admin jail me or send me a little naughty message. 

I never thought I'd be on the receiving end of one of these types of rants and DD's, nor did I ever think I'd have my real-life character attacked. It's very irresponsible to try to put all of us in the same category as someone threatening you, your family, your livelihood, etc. I don't give two shits about the character or 1300 units I lost, I'm disappointed in how it has all been handled by someone with a vested interest in the success of the game and community. Izzy, I've been around long enough to know that this is your passion and it should be expected that you pour your soul into this game. I don't think anyone could ever doubt that you are all-in, all the time. I do think though that sometimes you let your emotions get the better of you and situations like this (not Dominic, but the fallout) happen more and more frequently over the years. Additionally, I have a hard time fathoming how the same people, often the loudest ones in IRC, can continuously look the other way like this does not damage the game.

It's been awhile since I contributed to the game financially through credit purchases, so perhaps my potential departure doesn't mean shit to the bottom line. And because I am a loner, no player will bat an eye if I never return. The collateral damage you're putting out to stamp out Clank is wrong. I've been in all the discord channels offered, followed the game on twitter and facebook, I advertised on dollar bills around the world (circa 2010 advertising idea). I try to participate in all the big events and like to make people laugh when given the opportunity in WhatsApp or elsewhere. I feel like 13 years of being a loyal, civil player has been shit on because someone else put you in a bad mood. If all the needles you received throughout the week put you over the edge, perhaps you should stop and consider that those opinions might just be valid. Block out the obnoxious ones and listen to the others. Lastly, keep in mind that obnoxious opinions are on both sides of the aisle. There are people here that worship you and will support whatever idea you have, whether it's a great idea or a terrible idea.

The level of entitlement some of y’all have, just because y’all might’ve warred well, or have “friends” in game. It’s weird asl hell to threaten a person livelihood just because, you didn’t get what you want. What kinda of toddler shit is that? It’s disgusting behavior. Everyone spends money into this game and many people have been around a long time. You are not the only one of your kind , lol. You are not special. The audacity.
