What if on top of losing your HQ you lost BGs and skills? Surely if you're the "best of the best" as a Crew leader dropping due to activity the cops and your BGs would take notice and rough you up for not paying them the proper kick-ups and such? 

I'd like to see it if the CL requirement was bumped up to maybe 4 hours a week vs 1.

Hands at 1 has been a pretty effective limit, that said I've always expected 10hrs+ from any upper or CL. 

CL's are the front-faces of a crew and if they can't do 4 hours a week, they shouldn't be a crew leader. If there's an IRL emergency etc, sure... But outside of that, they shouldn't just be able to login for like 10 mins a day a week and fuck off. 

I get that it's summer, and people are on vacation or touching grass... or just coasting, but step down then so that others can be better CLs. 

I'd like to see the ruling powers enforce some minimum standards upon the people they authorise and permit to lead. There is no need for Admin intervention to establish such a low baseline. 

As a hand or a leader, should be above the average online game for a person in game, this used to be around 15 hours, dunno what it is now.   If they are supposed to be leading they should be around..and not just waiting for a whatsapp.
