Slab, dressed in a white lab-coat and clutching a clipboard, approaches the small crowd. He sees them gathered around an interesting sight. A bitter, crazy-eyed mobster - shirt and tie in disarray - can been seen shouting wildly, spittle flying from his gaping mouth |

A sad day indeed for the city of Detroit to be wiped out, I'm sure the council did not come to this decision lightly, but the action was with the utmost ferocity. |

There are a couple of points the grieving family members of the slain seem to be missing in this conversation. One is that there is a difference between a guy airing out some grievances against another city by creating a topic of discussion (though I wouldn't necessarily agree with the tone) and trashing a leader's announcement for no reason. |

It's hard to believe that people are actually standing here nitpicking or actually trying to say this attack was unjustified.

Is it? I think it's perfectly acceptable, needed even, for people to be critical of the rationale behind decisions that led to the elimination of entire an city. |

I haven't seen much criticism of the rationale. It's been much more baseless whining from sons of the dead which is known to happen after a war. Again, it's hard to criticize the rationale when in the first dozen speakers a son of one of the Detroit dead comes out and displays the exact behavior that was behind the rationale there by proving the rationale spot on. |

I'm not sure how the comments of one indivudual is justification for murdering 80 or so other people, but that's just me. |

One person. I think a total of four people have 'whined'. Yet you tar the former members of Detroit with that brush. I just don't get why everyone is going on like Detroit was one massive hole of whining people. It wasn't. It was a place full of people who had an opinion, an idea or a reason and wanted to share it. In the end it proved their downfall. Speaking their mind has killed nigh on 90 people. If that is the way the world is going then so be it. But I'd urge anyone to not allow that to stop them being honest and open. |

I hope you weren't lumping SamH in as "whining" for pointing out hypocrisy in a city listing a reason for war when they were one of the firsts to do it. So if the people from Detroit created a speech and just verbally fucked Philly in there for no reason at all it would be completely acceptable? That's fucking PATHETIC. |

Clarity raised her eyebrow at the crazy man before her. Looking side to side she continued to look at him a bit confused.
"Glad to see you're keeping that high angry mad man standard of behavior in the streets after a war. Keep it up and people may actually believe you!"
Clarity smiled and then wondered off to check on her horses. |

New York 100% backed this move against Detroit. It was a hard thing to do for I like many others held Alabama in high regard. It was unfortunate that certain members thought more about themselves than their overall well being of Detroit and Alabama. It became apparent to us in the Godfather council that Alabama would defend her members completely despite with what they did. Jesse mentions two distinctive occasions where the behavior from Detroit was unacceptable but they were not the only ones. Had it just been me worried about Detroit then nothing would have been done but when I had my own people coming up to me and asking why this was being allowed then it became obvious something had to be done. I had approached Jesse with the intention of discussing the topic of Detroit and how it should be handled. It was then I found out that not only Jesse but all the other cities felt the same way I did and were in the process of doing something about it. |

People may actually believe me? If you don't believe me you're a fool since I brought up the actual speech in which I was referring to. I didn't have any reason until the war because this hypocrisy didn't exist until it, good try though. |

Blutarsky i could not agree with you more, I am from New Orleans and to tell you the truth i am over listening to the crap spewed from others Cities concerning Philly. I have found Lotta to be most understanding and respectfull and to have handled constant crap throwen at her from every direction, She still holds her head up high and moves on Lotta you have my respect for that.
The last straw as GodFather James said was the speech conserning the Auth of Pharol a speech that still sickens me with the amount of blatant disrespect showen to the acting godmother of Philly a speech where the late alabama should have done somthing about.
As much as i respected and liked Alabama it proved to be a fatal mistake on her behalf i wish things had turned out differenly but they havent and when my orders come down from my city heads i have no freinds in other citys only my brothers and sisters from New Orleans. |

So you're saying Chicago did not agree with that reason from Philly since they were as big a culprit in the Philly bashing as anyone? No, that's not what you're saying. Chicago agreed Detroit overstepped when they brought criticism to Philly for what they saw as no real reason correct? See where this is going once more? Chicago, out of common sense, should have avoided this announcement or at least through a sarcastic apology to Philly in there somewhere. |

Why is everybody making out that Philly are the innocent party in all this. They've got as much blood on their hands than anybody else with their actions the past few weeks. If your going to bang the drum about standards and being held accountable. At least be consistent with it. It just makes you all look incompetent otherwise
Chicago are as much to blame in this, like it or not. I've had numerous people from Philly come to me to tell me Chicago should have been buried with Detroit given these poor reasonings.
I think we stop with the GF council nonsense now aswell, and all the peace and loving crap. Lets not pretend you'd all fuck each over given halve the chance. I don't think two godfathers count as a council anyway, more a tete-a-tete |

Kev listens silently to all the commotion without saying a word. His face shows a little saddened by recent events, the memories of his father's stay in Detroit still fresh in his head. Finally, but tentatively he speaks |
