Consig huh?

You have come a long ways since the days back in the hood when you were known as Sticky Vicky.

Congrats!

As Vic_Mackey is slumped in a corner with several letters on the floor by him, he decides to pick up his nearby pen and write after a massive night of drinking..

Dear Iris,

It has come to my attention that you have been concerned about me over the past few days. I just wanted to let you know I've been doing fine, albeit I got into a little bit of trouble with the Mexican authorities when I crossed the border for a quick drug run with an associate.

I also want to thank you for the cherry pie your associate sent me. I was very happy to receive such a generous gift, albeit the massive amount of nicotine that was found in the pie.

Always thinking about you,

-- Vic Mackey

After taking down a mouthful of bourbon, Vic grabs another piece of paper and begins to write..

Dear SpicyMcHaggis,

I have noticed that our relationship is not as close as it once was. We used to be as wild and excited as summer love.

I am enclosing with this letter a bottle of my finest bourbon. I hope we can rekindle our friendship back to what it once was, so whenever you stop by Los Angeles, come on by the headquarters and we can go out for good times' sake.

Hope you are doing well.

*Realising that Vic was someone who Demeter had known, abid by another name, Demeter quickly rushed to send a singing telegramto the recently promoted Crime Boss, hoping that Vic would forgive them for the terrible lapse in manners.

After hearing celebrations from the East hit word to Los Angeles that the leader of Philadelphia has been crowned Consigliere, Vic_Mackey gets out of his drunken stupor, and yet again, fetches for a piece of paper..

Dear Iris,

Congratulations on achieving the rank of Consigliere - I can't wait to see what happened at your party when my minions come back with the new cameras I bougt them.

I just hope you're prepared for round 2.

Tying in the letter along with a large box containing a brand new Colt 1911 with an engraved trim on the side reading "Morte Prima di Formaggio"

Enjoy the new toy.

Missing you always,

-- Vic Mackey

P.S. CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN JERKFACE

(Right back at you, dear.)

Returning to her warehouse after a few hours of celebration with her family members she collapses behind her desk, just as she settles her feet upon its surface she notices an envelope with the chicken scratch scrawl of her beloved Vic. Her heart in her throat, her ears ringing she slowly opens it taking care not to cause irreparable damage. A smile creeps across her face as she rummages around the clutter to find her pen and notepad. Leaning back in her chair, her long legs propped up on the desk, crossed at the ankles, she begins to write.

Dearest Vic,

Hearing from you has been so hit and miss lately. I fear I have a broken heart. Thank you for your congratulations, I hope you stay the same old Vic that I have grown so close to.

Thank you for the Colt, I have named it Lovegun. I hope you don't mind, but you hold onto my heart.

I look forward to Round 2.

Truly, madly, deeply...

Dear Iris,

I returned home to find that my dear father is in heaven. In his office, I found a stack of correspondences with you, and your number. Bearing this in mind, I felt that I should inform you of his demise.

Dad enjoyed your letters. He said that they times spent corresponding with you were the best of times. After a long day of dealing with clueless people begging for shelter, he enjoyed being able to lose himself in the heat of the moment.

It's been hard, but I've learned from this experience. I have to cherish every breath I take. But I have to stay safe. In the meantime, with this loss, I just wanted to say hello, and was wondering if you would be willing to take on me as your new correspondent and, dare I say, friend?

Anyway, it's been a long day, and I'm fighting the reflex to cry. But we'll rebuild this city. And when you visit Chicago, you'll know that you're the inspiration. After all, that's what friends are for.

I hope this letter finds you in good health,

SpiderPig

She wipes a tear after reading the disastrous news and rushes a letter off to SpiderPig.

Dearest Spider Pig,

I am truly saddened by your father's death, please know that a new drug to ease the pain.

Please know that you can contact me any time you need a friend.

Remember, every rose has its thorn and that I am here with open arms.

Lovingly,

Iris

Boss Mackey (Note: I'll limit myself to the one Mr. Mackey crack),

I regret to inform you that, earlier tonight, my father died. Though his time spent getting to know you was short, I know that he would want you to know he had time of his life, and he wouldn't want you to dwell on the sadness. Be happy for the life he lived, since you can't turn back time and reanimate him.. He was always straight up like that.

In the meantime, I have decided to listen to my heart and take over Dad's job as the Right Hand Man of Chicago. If you have anything you need, don't hesistate to call me.

Regards,

SpiderPig

Kind, dear Iris,

I felt like it might be a bad touch to inform you of my father's death so soon, but I appreciate your empathy. After a loss like this, my achy, breaky heart needs a compassionate soul to keep it from hardening. It was just about the sweetest thing anyone has ever done for me.

Ugh, I need to stop being so sappy. I have a crime empire that I have to tend to in Chicago, even though I feel like I'm running on empty. I have a feeling a good night's sleep will lift me up where I belong.

Forever yours, faithfully

She lays the letter upon the growing collection and smiles to herself while sipping a cup of coffee.

Dear Spider Pig,

It's great to see that you are still alive and kicking. I know how hard it can betrying to find a balance. There are many days I wish I wasn't playing in the big league and could just go back to being a country girl enjoying a good thunderstorm feeling the raindrops keep falling on my head.

I'm sure if you are lonely you can contact Evelyn and tell her about it

Always your friend,

Taking his afternoon break to have some time to read his mail, he notices a letter written by someone he was not familiar with. After reading the letter, Vic_Mackey reaches for his pen after taking a drink of bourbon..

Dear SpiderPig,

It was a good thing you contacted me. I can't express how badly I feel about your father, as I had just tried to contact him about visiting whenever he gets to Los Angeles. This life we chose can certainly be a mad world. Sometimes it just feels like it's a jungle out there, you know?

Anyway, as an honor to your father and because I am a man of my word, if you need anything, feel free to ask. I'll be more than willing to help you on this vicious race we call life. I hope you're coping well, and I wish the best for you in Chicago, SpiderPig.

It is an absolute shame to hear of your father's death, and especially the manner in which he was taken. God can be absolutely heartless sometimes. Hope you are doing well, and I look forward to hearing back from you. I hope your father is at peace now.

Vic,

Having your support means the world to me. I'm gonna make Dad proud, this I promise you. This is it, we're going to be turning up the heat in Chicago. You'd better get ready, because you don't want to miss a thing. It's going to be epic.

Back for good,

Dear Iris,

I know what you mean. It seems like only yesterday, I was a fresh-faced boy enjoying his summer vacation. When my only responsibilities were to not break anything, to beat my friends at Pac-man, and not eat too much candy. I couldn't wait to grow up. Now that I have, I would kill to be forever young.

But enough reminiscing, how is the family doing? Working hard? I know you mentioned making some cookies for my father when he came to Philadelphia--just throwing it out there that I am a big fan of cookies, as well. I'm not allergic to raisins like him, but I can't stand the taste of peanut butter.

For now, we must go our separate ways, though I will be right here waiting when you need me.

Much love,

SpiderPig

She smiles as she puts pen to paper..

Dearest Vic,

It has been so long since we spoke last. I have been in another world it seems. I am saddened to think that I might no longer be your angel. The tears I cry soak my pillow every night. Are you still true to me and our cause?

I am moving in slow motion without you. Please accept the enclosed bottle of the finest tequila will help you wash your sorrows away.

Always lovingly,

Iris

Finishing his daily run around the headquarters, Vic_Mackey is halted by his messenger, who is holding a bottle with a letter tied to it. After allowing the messenger to say one word in, Vic grabs the bottle and letter and upon examining it in the light, notices it's from Iris. Opening the fresh bottle of tequila and pouring himself a shot, he sits back, and grabs his pen - accidentally spilling the shot of tequila on the wooden table and watching it burn a large hole in the area the liquid covered. Closing the battle and throwing it to his assistant to store in the armory, Vic_Mackey relaxes and starts penning his reply.

Dear Iris,

I first want to thank you for the bottle of tequila. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a mixup and instead I received an acid-like substance that is burning holes into furniture. I won't hold it against you, though.

As for our communication, I really can't explain as to why the fire in our relationship has been extinguished.

You really should visit California

some time, so I can show you how to make a tequila sunrise the proper way. Heh, after that bottle of acid, I think you're going to need it. Anyway, I'd love to get together some time. I've just completed seizing a
little motel on the outskirts of the city, and I'm hoping to turn it into a nice little play area for visiting friends and family soon.

Anyways, I hope you're doing well in Philly. I'm eager to hear how business is going there.

Don't forget about me, dear.

Her eyes well up with tears, not tears of sadness but tears of joy. Her face glowing with a sense of renewal she sets forth to writing Vic a reply.

My Dearest Vic,

I would like to thank you for the most enjoyable evening we spent together in New York. The way you stuck your hands in my pocket was thrilling and I cannot show you how much I liked the feel of mine in yours. How I missed walking through the streets with you hand in hand. You were there to rescue me from Bubba and I for you. We were a team again, you are my hero. I had the time of my life and cannot wait to do it again.

You are always watching over me, you are my guardian angel.

I apologize for the tequila mix up, Domino managed to mix our Molotov cocktails up with the tequila.. He just kept muttering about it all coming back to him after a night of wine and cigars.

Please take care of yourself, you are always in my heart. Don't let the distance come between us, you complete me.

With Love,

Iris

Thrilled that he was able to receive his mail in a hotel in New Orleans, after a wonderful night visiting New York, Vic starts penning a reply to Iris in hopes that it'll reach her before he goes back to Los Angeles

Dear Iris,

It was my pleasure last night in New York. Even though one thing
one thing lead to another and we ended up in a jail cell I can honestly say that was one of the best nights I've had in a very long time. I'm already missing you as I write this letter. New Orleans is a very different place.. Gigolo's fill the streets, and people are hooked on something called Atomic, which is apparently a new kind of cocaine, and they seem to have an obsession with mugging. It's like a lifestyle here.

Anyway, I can't fight this feeling that I feel distanced from you. We're across the country and I feel that business shouldn't let that seperate us from eachother. You're my shining star, and I don't want anything to change that. Los Angeles is where it's at-- it'd mean the world to me if you visited for a few days. Remember the time we accidentally burned down Mrs. Robinson's house while she was in Jamaica for the week, and we head to take the train up to San Francisco for a few weeks to lay low? I miss the old days. Anyway, I hope all is well, and please don't let business keep us out of touch with eachother. Don't let the beat stop.

With Love, Peace and Chicken Grease,
