| When Protocols Are Ignored, What Next? | Started by: stpnnllII on Mar 27, '12 13:09 |

Mercury looks out the window of the coffee shop and sees a lunatic running loose spewing nonsense all over the streets. She goes to the counter, picks up the phone and calls the men with unmarked whit vans and comfy white jackets for people like this. She alerts them that one appears to have escaped and is causing a scene in the streets. She hangs up confident it won't be long before this guy is picked up and put back in his padded room. |

Instead of protocols, why don't we talk about you and your ancestors. Tell these people just how many ancestors of yours have done this exact same thing AND killed people that were not active and on families because YOU believe they should be viable targets. Once again you have taken to the streets and ran your mouth. Step up and tell them everything. |

Wiz approaches just finishing a joint off, Takes a sip of water and gathers his thoughts to talk
Ive listened to both of your speaches today sir and in your speach earlier you stated that BG Shooters are often hard to figure out because they always put the blame on someone else. Well isnt that what your doing right now? Your covering up your wrong doing with someone elses. The whole LV, DT thing is just another destration from the issue. Regardless of what city you or the victom is in BG shooting is highly frowned apon. You are at falt for all the actions that have happened to you. If you never fired the shot, you would have never got fired apon, am I correct?
Wiz sits back and waits for a response |

WhereWasI approaches Romeo, takes off his glove (yes he wore gloves today) and slaps the man in the face with a used napkin he had in his other hand.
How dare you say that all my efforts to stop the monkeys have as little chance for success as the Loch Ness Monster being real. Each and every morning I get out of my cage and fight those little bastards so you don't have to. Have you ever taken the time to thank me? No, and now you're out insulting my efforts. Again, How dare you!
WhereWasI slaps Romeo in the face with his glove, puts it back on and then walks away grumbling, "No respect..." |

Traditional mafia protocols are alive and well. Your problem is that you expect them to be enforced in a universal manner without taking into consideration the context of the offense, the parties involved, and other relevent considerations.
The law, or a legislative body, applies laws equally and fairly to all, without taking into consideration context and most mitigating factors. We work outside the law, not within it. We are a criminal society! We don't follow a uniform set of conduct. Pretty much everything we do is based on the circumstances at hand. For any sort of retribution to apply to Leo, someone would have to stick out their neck to advocate on behalf of your father. But your father was a massive douchebag. Why, pray tell, would anyone want to stick out their neck to advocate for a massive douchebag? Think about it. |

Cory was walking down the street when he saw all the commotion going on. He was interested so he decided to take a close look at what all the chatter was about. He approached the crowd of everyone. He shook his head and spoke very calm and towards stpnnllII.
"All I have to say is that you don't need to be out here trying to solve your point. You are asking questions and you will get the answers they want to give you. In fact, they don't even have to answer you if they don't want to. There are better ways of doing this however. Maybe you should be having private, respectable, and sincere conversations with some of these gentlemen instead of trying to put them on blast, which you aren't doing a very good job to begin with. You might get some respect and answers in return then if you would have came out here this way. Other then that, your responses are not even worth the reply to, to be honest. If you don't have more to say then what you have already have then you are just wasting your time and energy my friend. Better ways to approach this whole thing, and if I was a leader, the response to you wouldn't be worth the time. You speak with no emotion and no passion. Therefore, you will not be taken seriously. If you are looking for answers the steet isn't it. It seems to me you made a mistake, and got to far ahead of yourself to know how to approach it, but my opinion is just an opinion."
He nodded to the man and continued on his way down the street minding his own business again. |

What your father did was wrong. He should've just talked to his CL about the OK to shoot , if he did none of this would be happening |

I’ve tried to avoid this discussion for as long as possible, as it seems there is a lynch mob mentality going on, intent on clouding an allegation which is being seriously overlooked. One that I believe hasn’t been disproved or equally denied, unless I have overlooked something. Equivalently one I think needs answering without the usual band wagon bashing
Lets for hearsay assume his father, whilst a sponsored LV member did shoot at this Detroit Goomba’s BG. Did he deserve to die for his actions? absolutely, he was a tit in every decision he made along the way.. That is not in question, what is in question is the reaction from the Detroit Goomba
The vital crux to this all is whether or not this goomba in a misplaced sense of entitlement retaliated by shooting back at another sponsored member without auth from any of the leaders in question, either Las Vegas or Detroit?
Am I missing something or at what point did this turn into the Wild West.
This gentleman has came out here and banged the living shits out of the word protocol but to a degree he has a point. We have an established code of conduct that we all choose to live by and sign up to in our respective HQ’s, one that we all abide too in order to prevent our world from turning into a lawless anarchy
At no point under any circumstances should a Goomba from another city be taking matters into his own hands, intent on dishing out his own ‘rough’ justice, especially one as severe as in this instance. He hasn’t even been given his button and he’s being allowed to call the shots (no pun intended!) which are habitually appointed to the upper crust. A decision which I must add was rather foolish and inexperienced to even consider a chance at a kill. But that’s by the by
At a very young age we’re all taught the importance of gun control and what we can and cannot shoot at, irrelevant as to whether you have a BG shot at or killed (hell, who hasn’t had a BG or two shot at over the yrs!). We’re also drilled in what to do in the event of witnessing a BG shooting or what you do in the unfortunate occurrence should you or your BG get shot at.
First and foremost why not pass the WS up to your Crew Leader? Being the all power leader that he or her should be, they will go pay the shooters CL a visit intent on some justice, normally in the form of death and compensation for the lost BG. Everybody shakes hands, everybody leaves on happier grounds to get back to business
There was no immediate threat, no-ones life was in immediate danger. If the shooters CL or any family upper fails to act in a time that it takes for there to be a credible threat without any prior notice or explanation, then and only then is it warranted to get involved and take matters on to protect your family. Instead this Goomba chose to betray the ruling of his family in a defiant act of insurrection. Does he in turn deserve to die for this or does it show a lack of leadership? After all we’ve seen people die for much less
There’s no denying this guys father was extremely foolish in dropping out of his crew and hasn’t helped his cause today. He effectively called his CL’s hand for him and left him with no choice but to leave him to out to dry. Why would he choose to do anything else
When people are free to do as they please without reprisal, they usually begin to imitate each other. A scary thought.

I myself steered clear of this discussion but i will have to say i agree with Jax on this REGUARDLESS of the crimes commited by Stpnll he WAS still a sponsered member of a Vegas family. Is this a case where people can do as they please?
Are we falling into ANARCHY?
Stpnll should have died for his crimes but it is left up to his CREWLEADER to decide his fate not a goomba from another family in my book both stpnll anmd Leo both should die for disrespecting there respective Crewleaders and our way if life.
Otherwise what is the point of being in a family? |

Jax. Thank you! I tend to stay away from most discussions involving Stpnll's bloodline, it always ends in me feeling enraged when I listen to his nonsensical babbling, he always ignores the truth and only harps on and on and on and on about his own points.. however, in this instance there is a valid point in amongst his usual crap.

First of all I would like to address this question. "First and foremost why not pass the WS up to your Crew Leader?" You honestly think I didn't? I would have to be some kind of moron if I didnt. Not everyone is available 24/7 to contact and as this idiot was unleashing a barrage of shots at my loyal bodyguards as I awoke, I felt the need to defend my investment. All this "protocol" speak is idiotic, has everyone forgotten our line of work? We are in the fucking mafia, we steal, kill and Rob. Fair enough there is a code which we follow but each circumstance is different. Not everyone will agree with the action I took to defend myself, but my only regret is that I missed that disrespectful moron. |

Second I would like to sum up this speech as a whole. " When Protocols Are Ignored, What Next? " Next the idiot caught BG wacking is killed, followed by his son coming to our streets and bitching and whining about the victim taking action against his assailant trying to get more blood spilled. I guess this is the "protocol" your bloodline follows. |
