Following feedback from the original rules that were made, certain grey areas will now be addressed and ironed out by the addition of two rules:

Thanks Marston for clearing up these issue's. They are fine editions. A s Chicago resident already, obviously I support these notions and will do my part to help keep them enforced. Thanks again. |

Speaking from within the walls of Chicago, unless given instruction or given auth internally because of a civil war then it will be treated as a rouge and will be dealt with internally. If this scenario was to arise , then collectively the current cl's would all have to agree on a said person being authed. |

So just to clarify, your answer is that as of this moment he/she would be considered to be both a rogue and Chicago's problem? |

i would say yes, going off the scenario above, as long as this said person has entered the city lawfully, adhering to the rules set in the above speech. as "what happens in ch stays in ch". I would assume that if this person has entered the city and has not adhered to these said rules and ch can not deal with the threat then they would be treated like any other rouge and is fair game. |

While listening to Marston addressing the people about two additional rules of the Chicago Experiment, Mr.Adams looks at a piece of paper in his hand... written on it is the structure of one of the newly formed crews in Chicago. He almost can't help feeling the urge to laugh out loud |

Now that life has appeared in Chicago, the entertainment begins. It will be interesting to see who steps forward as the leader of the city and who falls in line. |

Bill leans against a lamp post and takes a swig from his hipflask, replacing it in his pocket he takes out a cigarette and lights it up taking into account everything being said, before turning to address somebody who appeared to be whining. |

Bill, you're having problems with my high pitched voice? Not everyone has a deep smokey voice like you... |

15.) There are to be no internal authorisations to set up headquarters in Chicago, only following the death of a Chicago crew leader may their right hand man set up in their place.
Believe that answers a random made man setting up in chicago after the death of his/her family |

Well I do apologise if I was slightly mistaken, it sounded to me that you were implying something else. |

I personally think there is too many rules on the city, don't think it would be anyway as fun as the Las Vegas experiment.
That's just my two cents on the topic.

I think the idea behind this whole "experiment" is about making this thing of ours grow, while trying to populate the empty cities, starting with Chicago. Not so much about watching people slaughter each other, it's a test to see if people can actually work together to further their goals and make their city prosper, Mr. WarPath. If there were no rules and it was a free for all, we'd probably already have 10 families there shooting at each other, that wouldn't help any of the cities in the long run. |

The rules in place give no-one a significant advantage, the winner will have to excel tactically using initiative, diplomacy, shooting and manipulation. The competition cannot simply be bought, nor can success be instantly derailed by someone only talented in the art of the gun. It should prove interesting to watch once the drama begins, and we should end up with a worthy champion at the end of it... |

No one ever said they have to fight each other for Godfather. Killing isn't the only thing that makes us Mafiosi, WarPath, if that was the case we'd be common criminals and not organized mobsters. If they so choose they can come to an agreement of who gets to become the city head and in the end, the Godfather of Chicago, if all of the ones in agreement survive long enough to make that happen. |

I am really happy to see this initiative for Chicago, it will give people whose bloodlines have never had a chance to prove themselves. It is also an opportunity for those whose bloodlines have lead before to set up outside of the friendly circles and go it alone. |
