Valmont appears at the top of the highest building in Detoit. Smoking a cigarette he looks out over the landscape he had grown so accustomed to over the past few months. Reaching down to a sack on the ground he pulls out a handful of papers which look to have various bits of words on them. He takes a long drag on his cigarette then throws the papers into off the edge of the building into the wind. The papers scatter and begin to fall like confetti into the streets where mobsters below being to read them.

Valmont then takes a final drag of his cigarette flicks it of the ledge and mutters…

“may the gods be good,”

Before disappearing into the night.

Miles below on the ground one of the fliers falls down straight in front of you. You pick it up and begin to read.

Incase You Had Any Questions.

So I am sure we have all noticed by now that the streets have turned red with blood, largely because of my doing. Let me take a moment to explain to the outsiders, insiders, low ranks, high rankers, inner circle and outer circle alike just why this Needed to happen. My hope is that it will shed some light on the many dark places there has been since the event we have all been calling the New Orleans war. I am not only trying to show you my side and point of view, but hope to release some knowledge that I think every one should know as we go into the future, whatever that may be…

Now then, to get started…

The New York Incident

Who remembers where we left off after Stamina and New Orleans was killed? If your memory is foggy, Deadlysin was given PH to have and hold forever and ever amen, JackPepper remained in control of LA with Marson, tnaryt, and Lacelot I believe, Skorpean was chilling in CHI, PJ was given LV, the remaining New Yorkers were left to rebuild their city, and I was awarded Detroit. Fair enough. Do we remember what happened to those New Yorkers though? As you can see Marston was in LA at this with the living Godfather Jackpepper not in NYC where he resides now. Let me tell you what happened from my point of view.

I was not informed about the NY war. Nor was Las Vegas or Chicago for that matter, if anyone’s counting. Still, fair enough, you don’t need to tell me about everything your doing. Basically what happened is the Brothers Marston… erm I mean… Jackpepper and Deadlysin attacked New York for reasons unknown. Before long NY was fairly well obliterated before JackPepper was hit with a 1% shot. At this time myself, LV and Chi were all requested to join in with the BG clean up so that LA and PH did not take any more casualties.

I still wasn’t given a reason for the war but I agreed knowing that is was better to play my cards right at this point and bide my time, rather than refuse and have the pair breathing down my neck before they decided to kill me. Anyways, while in the war room phone call with all of the more well known strategists of the two cities we decided to straight out ask them, now that we had joined up and helped them, why they decided to go to war.

The room fell silent. The answer was… there was no answer. The first thing someone said was that, “It died with JackPepper, no one will ever know” Really… Isn’t that JackPeppers son in this phone call? The next thing that was said was “We all know the real reason, lets be honest”

And they were right, I did know the real reason, or at least I could take an educated guess. New York was not killed for their behavior, or their liability factor, or for an action they committed, or for an action they didn’t commit. They were simply killed because they were going to be considered a threat down the line and, with NY gone, Marston would be free take the city of New York, Deadly would have PH, and Jack would have LA. The monopoly would be set. They would control the game and have absolutely no opposition. They could then wean out other families as they saw fit to establish their own confidants and achieve world domination. Eventually I am guessing the 2 brothers would have backstabbed Jack and become unstoppable. (remind you of any kind of monopoly from the past?)

Luckily it didn’t all go down like that though, Jack was put to rest, and while Marston still took New York, and everyone was left without an answer, we all moved on to live in happiness.

Until…….

That thing that happened that one time in Chicago.

This I am truly excited to shed some light about. I am sure that some of you that have been sitting in the stands never quite understood this play, so I am happy to shed some light on the entire incident here, leaving no rock unturned and displaying never before seen information

We all knew Chicago was gonna go. Marston and DS were on their little world domination power trip and another city down just seamed to perfect to pass up. After Chicago went it would have most likely been Detroit next, and if I would have to guess eventually in the far far off future LV or LA.

So here is a secret nobody knows about. Skorpeon knew that Marston and DS were going to come and take him and Cory_Chase out. Everyone knew, really it was as plain as day. He came to me and we began to plan a war against Marston and DS with our two cities under the pretext that after Chicago I would be next.

This war nearly came to light, however, shortly there after Cory_Chase, being the backstabbing pussy that he is, rather than stand and fight, sold his city head up the river to Marston and paid him to kill Skorpeon, thinking it would save his own ass. Marston later Sent out a mail to his family informing them that he was planning on killing Skorpeon anyways for various reasons, and was not a contract killer.

With my closeness to Skorpeon in mind, and with the city being crippled by a backstabber we decided to call an audible and make a play. A quick copy paste was all we needed to make a fake war document that showed us planning to take out Chicago for various reasons. This document was given to Marston to make him believe I thought we were buddies and that I was on his side. He informed me of their intention to war and I informed him that I would still be killing Cory(For being a backstabbing pussy). He said he was OK with that.

The next day when the war was scheduled to go off however he comes to me with some made up bullshit about how Cory was informed somehow about the war. The only thing though, he thought Marston was attacking not DT. He tells me I cannot war because Cory might think it is him and begin shooting his members. (Yes I have logs) We talk it out and I am eventually pulled into a war room with LA and PH. LV joined in shortly after. Marston took the lead and we planned on all our cities together finishing off Chicago that night.

So the war that was supposed to me mine, turned into a war to add kills to the guns of NY and PH. Pretty typical, war for them is like jacking off, you eventually have to do it. Not only that, but the two leaders of Chicago were both shot by Marston.

Wait a minute, you might be saying. I thought you were the one that wrote the thread about that war and claimed it as your own. YOUR RIGHT! I DID!

Shortly after the war Marston PM’s me claiming that since the war was mine in the first place, I should write the thread. (Mostly I am assuming so it did not look as if he and DS were systematically taking out certain cities) He assured me that he would respond to the thread with his own reasons for “joining in” and all would be well.

I agreed, again because I know what’s good for me, and because it was not the time to do something, I was not yet prepared. However, that reply from Marston never came. Not only that but in my opinion. He hijacked my war for he and his brother’s families, and then pushed all the back lash for it back on to me to hide their plans.

There was nothing I could do about it at the time, just play dumb and friendly, until the optimum moment appeared. Which leads me to my next point.

Next on the Menu.

With Chicago gone it was apparent we were next on the menu for these two Hungry Hungry Hippos. We were the largest threat left and the only thing standing between them being sure of complete world domination. After Detroit is gone, even if other cities decided to rise up and try to change the bullshit (because in my opinion that’s all we’ve seen out of these two, bullshit) they will not have the mass to take down these two giants, especially since we know they will always act together. Does this remind you of anything we have seen in the past? Do we really want two players in such powerful positions acting so tyrannical?

Knowing that we were next we bided our time and prepared for the inevitable. The only thing we had to make sure we did was hit them before they eventually decided to hit us. We knew that with so many open cities they could not come for us again without reason, or at least not so soon.

Eventually though as you can see the water began to boil. The atmosphere changed and everyone could begin to smell the war coming. On top of that we received word from several sources that the two brothers were planning to attack us sometime in the near future.

Not only that, but Marston, trying to sense if we knew something came to me twice about the “rumors” trying to get a read on if I thought they were real. (LOL ur so mobster bro.)

Anyways….

The time was right the moment was perfect, we kicked in what we needed to kick in and prepared for the battle we had already been preparing for.

Random bullshit to support my point.

WS Burying:

Recently I had a boss die in my crew, killed minutes after mugging a VWP NYC member. We were sure that the NYC member took the shot however after numerous requests the WS never came up. … Well word on the street says that CHI caught the WS and was told to bury it by Marston himself. Interesting…  Let me ask a rhetorical question to you other city heads and CL out there. Have you ever had a WS request that just never came back? (I’ve had a several myself) All I know is I “heard” it’s happened before and if it happened at least once don’t you think it could happen again?

Chicago… wasn’t that yours, Since you “took them out” or at least took credit for it?

Well I wasn’t exactly gonna say that, but let me give you a little insight on the last city head meeting… When speaking about the empty cities in the last city head meeting Marston pretty much claimed to own New Orleans. Now if memory serves, Detroit (Technical), LV (PJ and DS), LA (JackPepper, Marston) NY (Clarity) were the people involved in taking down that city. If the list follows I don’t exactly see how Marston owns the city. However I do know power takes what it wants.

None the less, an experiment idea was brought up and Chi just so happened to be used rather than N.O. Marston also privately told me he has plans to auth into N.O. later (again furthering their monopoly and pushing around the little guy)

Chicago Experiment… wait that’s been pretty fucked lately…Can we get that confirmed?

Yup, that’s confirmed. Lets see…

PJ had an auth that got killed on a technicality (Fair enough I guess) while Detroit had an auth that was literally… LITTERALLY, KILLED FOR TAKING DOWN A ROGUE.

Are you fuckers for real? Last time I checked, when a random made+ leaves a crew and become a rogue by starting a family they are free game simply for the fact that they are A ROGUE. Nobody knows what a rogue is going to do or who they are going to shoot but one thing is for sure THEY ARE GOING TO SHOOT AT SOMEBODY.  This being the case its always been a widely followed principal that when a rogue pops up, they are free game to be shot at by ANYONE.

In my opinion you shouldn’t kill a CL for doing what is right for his family and that in no way was interfering with the outer cities. The rules even state that the CL in Chi are supposed to act as real crew leaders. Any real crewleader would kill a rogue the second they see one to take care of  their other leaders.

Conclusion.

Well basically I think I made my point. I hope that you can now all see what is going on here from my point of view. If you don’t like it, I encourage you to do something about it, I know I am. The purpose of this thread was to let the public know the truth about what has been going on behind the curtain for the past few months. I hope that I have done that. Have a nice day.

She could not understand why a man who had just obtained this prestigious position within his city and his peers would put them all at risk so soon after taking the position. Shaking her head again at the end of his speech, she listened to her own boss correct some facts from this rant. Tossing down her cigarette butt and snubbing out the last of the spark with the toe of her shoe, she nodded towards her boss with a smile and smirked at the so called Godfather of Detroit before heading back into her Headquarters.

Valmont scribbles a quick message down on a peice of paper then fold the paper into a paper airplane which he throwes off the roof. The airplane twits and turns for several minutes before landing smack dab into DeadlySin's eye. It reads...

My family hasn't known DeadlySin for very long, two generations. As we all know two generations isn't very long in this thing of ours. In a short amount of time my family has come to learn that DeadlySin is a great man of character and virtue. Does he have flaws? I'm sure he does. Don't we all? I don't know of any though.

Many of the examples you have given that place blame on DeadlySin are just false. You have taken legitimate situations or events and twisted them with falsehoods. My guess it is because you weren't aware of the truth so you created one. That is a common practice in this thing of ours.

Few weeks ago while my father was in Detroit under KisukeUrahara SquidMaster or whatever is his name shot and killed bg of Sakura, as none of upperstructure was online she came to me and said that she saw attacker. She came to me excatly 3 hours and 40 mins after attack, I called Kisuke and as soon as he came he went to talk with Lights, reply he got is that Squid made mistake and instead of pping he shot and killed bg. I mean lets think a bit is Squid blind or something, almost 4 hours after shot, he didnt send mail saying that he shot bg or saying sorry, thats not mistake thats fucking intention but as you know he survived.

Again lets get back to chicago again. Shortly after my father set up, my awesome rhm orion said he wants to talk with me things he

They knew they wont survive that war so they just wanted to do as much damage as they could so ask your self about bgs, my info tells me that only low iwps in ny are manius and lancelot, while apples,marston,innocene are all around 150 bgs on the other side in ph nobody hired more than 120 bgs.

I had a lot of respect for Valmont, Russian, and the city of Detroit but after a little sit down with DeadlySin and Galahad. Me and Deadly are still speaking and I have a new found respect for this man and the city of philly. I think the turning moment was when Valmont shot an innocent Krim1nal he did nothing to deserve that I don't know your reason behind that but it was wrong! I still have a great amount of respect for the dead Russian and for the city of Detroit but! I was against the war from the get go never really had a great amount of faith I would survive but, I was given orders and followed them as a loyal solider not knowing the situation and think that there was an EVIL DeadlySin who needed to be kill! WRONG! He is a good man who I look forward to working alongside. I just wish the war hadn't been so serve and killed so many guys ?
