I drive a very large truck.  I've put a lot of effort into it to make it pretty unbreakable and very very capable.

I'm 1000% confident that if you put me in a demolition derby arena where my competition was a Toyota Prius x 5, that I have them rounded into a neat little pile of recyclables ready to be taken to the curb.  One could get lucky, sure, but, put me in the ring with 5 equal vehicles on the level of mine and I'm fucked.  Whoever has the most resources and is most prepared that strikes first, normally wins.

If you mail helpdesk a question, the real life man who plays the character Disorder might be the person who answers the question.  He sees no other information other than what you type in the mobmail.

He can also remove profile pictures in case of pornography and things like that. (we are notified)

He can also toss someone into suspended mode for an admin to review. (everyone is notified)

That account is locked down in all other capacities. 

you got to certainly understand the way this game is being played out for the last 3 years if not longer something is seriously wrong. 

There are two sides to the sword here.

As a player, *their* job is to have fun. 

A big part of that is playing the role of a gangster and doing whats best for themselves and their direct family.  Often my job clashes with the users job.  Every now and then a user gets to the top and literally plays chess with all the decisions.  See a possible threat?  Mitigate it.  See a weakness? Exploit it.  See an opportunity?  Take it.  A chance to solidify your lead?  Do it.  This literally is playing the role of a Godfather to a T.

Disorder as an account is a very sharp calculating GF who is having a very very impressive run.  He really is what I envision Al Capone would be - a huge supporter for his locals that love him, a huge thorn in the side for those that don't.  If it makes more power, more money, more business - he does it.  Is this not what being a GF is all about? 

The greater good of the game, user retention, user happiness, and the overall health of the userbase are the keypoints that I watch as an owner.  However, this is a *user driven world*, where the users craft their futures.  I really try my best to stay out of it, and when I see something going too far in one direction that may tip the game too close to not being able to bounce back I try to give it a little nudge without interfering too much.

This is my job.  I am a parent of 700 some people.  My job is to ensure that they have all the tools needed to help themselves succeed in this life as they learn the ropes.  But eventually they will become adults and then there is an obvious line that shouldn't crossed.  I won't show you how to impregnant your wife, and I most certainly wont do it for you.  I can give advice on your marriage, but I won't argue with your spouse for you.
