There is no money being created or inserted into the game.  This is user sending their money to me, which then gets sent to the CLs, the cls send it back to me, I send it back to the users.  I am only acting as a middleman in the redistribution process.

ahhh I read the entire thing wrong. It says loans "starting at 45%" which made me believe this was the base and the others with higher risks would have a higher rate.

At least it is a guaranteed return in your hands. No CL would repay me especially with interest.
