So, I never know what to think when I see such things. Part of me wants to laugh, but not at those on the list, at the poor individual that felt that placing such hits was going to achieve anything of note. Lets be honest, not many people in this thing of ours will throw away their life to obtain such small amounts of money. So that brings me onto why I'm standing here, discussing such pathetic antics. I wondered what the common view is amongst the rest of you, am I alone in viewing the person(s) that wasted their hard earned cash as somewhat of a joke, or a coward you could say, or do some people see this practice as a good way to acheive your goals without any risk to your own life? I'm just looking for thoughts on this topic itself, I'm not entirely interested in discussing whether or not these fine people deserve to be up on that list or not, so please if you wish to contribute then lets keep it related to the subject matter. |

I stand corrected actually, it seems Brooklyn was the target of this joker. Only one Leader hitlisted is from Staten Island. Still, point remains the same. |

We're pretty sure we know who did this and they want to cause issues between the SI Bold suits at the moment. |

But there is only 1 SI Bold suit involved Anarchy, I was incorrect before when I said SI, it appears to be Brooklyn that was the main target. That aside; What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of such actions? |

Well seeing recently more suits were involved we're still pretty sure it's the same person who's involved in the Brooklyn hit list.
We were thoroughly swift on calculating who could of did this, their motives and if it was possible for them to have that much cash for being so young. We established that beyond all reasonable doubt it's extremely possible and likely.
We're currently dealing with the issue and have no intentions on letting anyone else die in New York today that's a Crew Leader. |

| It's all fun and games till someone finds the balls to take the actual shot. Then if it lands or not determines my level of ammusement. | |

Ragnarok, I can't help but admit some slight amusement from the listings, but still it begs the question: Is this an effective use of the hitlist? Does the person placing said hits think that anything will happen from this potential waste of cash? Personally, I can't see anyone carying out the attacks. No-one is bothered enough to do so. |

"If you 'swiftly calculated' who it was they'd be dead by now, lol. I'm capable, everyone whose over 10 days of age is easily capable. Most importantly, to establish something beyond all reasonable doubt means you know it to be true with no hopes of being false, so you'd have shot them by now. Statements of this nature don't help. Statements and conversations don't help either, you're just giving attention to a little attention whore, so congrats. You and MarshallMathers gave the aggressor what they most likely wanted in the end. Good work." |

Roquelaure steps out of her HQ shaking her head as she heard news about the bounty placed on her head. Hearing MarshallMathers words she thinks for a moment and then shrugs. I'm sure that many that do this get some sort of amusement out of it, and to be fair it's probably more to see the reactions of those that are being hitlisted then anything else. Time and time again in many of our ancestors journals we have seen people being hitlisted, and if I might say for much more then what we see today. Is it a scare tactic? I am not so sure, but it also could be out of boredom. I can't say I have heard of many times that this has ever been followed through. Most people look at it as a waste of their life to attempt to collect on a hit like this and many others that have been listed. As far as your question Marshall whether the person/persons doing this actually think that anything will happen from this I highly doubt it. And as far as effective use of the hitlist.. Well if it were me I'd have preferred to give the money to those in my family. To me that would have been a bit more beneficial. |

Marshall doesn't give a toss, WhereWasI. Marshall is only looking to discuss the actual acts itself and cares very little of the current situation and individuals involved. Since you are so opinionated, please enlighten us as to whether or not you feel the endevours are a waste of the individuals time and money, or if they are indeed effective. Since I have apparently already given this person what they want, does that mean it worked? I don't feel it did as they received zero notoriety for their efforts as they are anonymous. So how you can suggest I've gave them what they want, I don't know. Presumably they want attention, they didn't get it as no-one is giving that person attention, they are giving the situation attention but it's done nothing for whomever posted these hits. So, like I said, please share your thoughts on the act itself and detail for us why you think it was or wasn't effective. |

"It was effective. The conscious point of attention seekers is always to accomplish whatever they say they're seeking but when you give them attention, succeed or fail they're likely to feel some form of accomplishment. At the very least you've shown enough discomfort for their situation that you felt the need to bring it to the streets. This is called doing something about it:
So next time do something, don't talk, when dealing with an attention whore of this nature. Giving his or her actions attention is the exact attention he or she wants from this situation. They'd probably be happy with either, but this form gives them the benefit of no punishment." |

But why Buy it off? Doesn't that actually achieve more for them? They've now cost you twice the amount that they paid. So they've essentially won? |

"I did buy it off you cunt. It cost $300,000 and the description involved a donkey or something. I don't deal with hit listings often because I'm smart enough to know it's better to just ignore them, so I don't have the message ready to be faked somewhere. They've cost me a small pittance of money and wasted a small pittance of their own. If they think they can win a bidding war with the whole community that cares for those individuals (myself not included), let them try. I only did it as a demonstration for what someone should do." |

Well then that was rather stupid of you, don't you think? You preach about how talking about them gives them what they want, yet there you are throwing away your money? Do refrain from using absurd language when its unncessary, also, its rather unbecoming of you. |
