PostMan stacks up 3 boxes Because he wants everyone to see him (doing his balancing act) People of our fair cities I have been watching many people latly. I have been in and out of jail many times in the past few days and I see a very sad trend running through the jails of all our cities. I have in the past few days broke out close to 100 people myself. (Now to the problem I see) Not once have I ever been thanked for a jail break... It use to be an honor to have someone break you out of jail. Would it be better that we all stayed there the full jail time? It seems that we are all just bound to break out the big guys and brag about it. Have we all lost the since of helping one another. I can tell you that I am about to start sending out a bill to the ones I break out just because they do not have the common curteosy to thank those that break them out. If I ever have missed thanking anyone, once and awhile when I am swamped. But this is no excuse. Everyone should be thankfull for those that break then out. I will never miss another "THANK-YOU" where it is deserved. Enough said now lets make it happen or I am sending out my bills with my biggest thugs I can find to deliver them. PoastMan does a back flip off of the stacked boxes and strolls down the street towards the jail. |

"It used to be an honour" No it didn't. Until a few months ago, you couldn't even see who broke you out of jail - a change made by City Hall at my great great etc. Grandfather's behest, so it would be easy to discern which people were jumping in on crackdowns unauthorised. Nice try though pal. |

Rourkey pours a glass of whiskey for himself and a glass of whiskey for KingOfOnePercent I always tip my cap politely at those who break me out of jail. If they are unable to see my cap tippage, it's blatantly their fault. |

| PostMan's got a point, when I was under his tutelage(in another, recently deceased character), I thanked folks that broke me out. But, it occurs to me that the man breaking out the total stranger is doing himself as much a favor as he's doing the newly-liberated man, in terms of experience. Although I shall continue the trend myself, I won't hold a grudge against anyone for not thanking me in the future; gratitude isn't a mandate in a two-way deal. | |

I can see your point PostMan. It is nice to say thank you. But a lot of people get broke out so many times, it would take them forever to send thank you notes to everyone. I think with most people, it is just implied that they appreciate the gesture. |

Haley's right. If everyone sent a pleasant "Thank You" card to everyone who busted them out of jail, I'd be swimming letters, and Hallmark would love me. You want me to send flowers, too? I know a good place. I'll send over Daisy. She's sure to brighten up your day. I think where we are at is just fine. Thank Yous are implied, but if you have the time to send a personal message to someone it's even more meaningful. Do it too much, and it begins to lose it's meaning anyway. |

More people should say thank you and take the time to check for NEW thugs and gangsters that are locked up. I've personally said thanks to Toxico and LouisGato just yesterday for busting me out, even though they didn't have to. |

Don't get me wrong, Post Man. I understand your point. I just don't 100% agree to it. I, like Landie, try to look for the lower ranks. Any active person who is in jail trying to bust out the sleeping inmates BEFORE busting out the active ones, is selfish. But in my opinion, someone who says "Thank You" is forgetting one thing. When I bust someone out, I get something out of it too. Both parties receive something positive, and therefore all "debts", if you want to call it that, are even. A thank you, though nice, is not required. |
