Your comments are quite comical, I like how you're trying to make things up, trying to speculate, trying to cause a stir. Way to jump on the bandwagon! If I am jumping on the band wagon then you are trying to create a smoke screen by calling me a liar. I don't mind if you say I am trying to stir things up, because I am. How is it ironic? I made a biased point, got bed upset, had him post something. Laugh at the seriousness of his post, then I pulled away from what the post was a actually about and started rambling about stupid shit. I see nothing Ironic there at all. |

I believe hypocritical is the term rather than ironic chaps. A self-stated lack of interest in the politics of the community, followed by a continuing discussion of the self-same politics under the guise of talking "shit" with the old pseudo popular act thrown in for good measure. Still leaves the lasting impression of someone who cares though. Probably for some reason to do with having hurt feelings once over these issues. |

Oh, hello. I suppose that I am the one 'they call Oliver'. Funny that, seeing as how it is my name, so why would someone call me anything else is beyond me... but I digress. Yes, my family has had it's fair share of rogues. Like many have said in my defense, I have easily the largest and highest ranked family in the game. Is it because I member whore? Ha. Over one hundred letters of correspondence at my Chicago headquarters state otherwise. I have never and will never member whore. These people search me out for safety and shelter, I provide. With how many people I have flocking in each day I have no need to go out and do the deed myself. That's that part done then. Why have these people gone rogue? Oh, many reasons, yes. Have I ever feared hurting any of their feelings? Only once do I remember saying something to that effect. I can assure you that if you had the chance to dig up the dead bodies of the fallen rogues and ask them straight, they would all assure you that the way we spoke with one another during the incident was with less than a warm disposition. I'm a cold-hearted bastard when it comes to people who betray me. So... the rogues in review. How I dearly hate to air dirty laundry, but it seems as if so many people really wish to know what happened, so I shall oblige. The first of many rogues from my family came about because he didn't want to get into trouble. He broke one of my rules: shooting at an unsponsored person from a family that had fallen just hours before. You know... those neat little rules that some of you seem to think none of us Family Heads enforce. I set that rule, he broke it. As we were discussing a punishment, he bought out, bought a HQ and started shooting like mad. Take that how you want to, but in the end my Hit Squad tracked him down and killed him. The second rogue, yes, I am rather fond of this one. The infamous 'may I attack an existing crew leader that you authed, Boss, and take his city?' No, I will admit this is the biggest mistake I made as far as any of the rogues have ever gone. Me? I am a man that believes in second... often times third, fourth and so on chances. Somewhere deep inside of my being I believe that some people can change, and some can certainly change their opinions. Boy oh fucking boy was I wrong. I take responsibility for this rogue. It was my fault. Why? Because I did not kill the man the second he said such a thing to me. The latest rogue- (since to my records there have only been three that successfully bought out of my headquarters and purchased their own place of establishment, not four) was probably for me the most damaging and heart breaking. He was promised auth and he was going to get auth. Sadly, he could not wait until after my fellow esteemed crew leader Cthulhu and myself had our short meeting to hammer out the details. With nothing but a 'thanks for everything' the man spit in myself and left. What am I doing behind my closed Chicago building doors? Yes yes, I must be coddling people too much. I must be weak and cringe in fear of hurting feelings. This must be why people keep raining destruction down upon our shores. Or how about I say this to you lot... This is the fucking Mafia. Suck it up and deal with it. Learn your place, shut your mouth or die. That is how this world works, to my understanding. You come off as nothing but someone who's mother or father was scorned, and for that I pity you. The one they call Oliver, over and out. |
