Duplicity was in her room sitting next to her phone. She used the dial and waited as the phone rang.

"Hello?"

The voice on the other end picked up, you could tell she hadn't got much sleep.

"Sorry to wake you Visas. I just needed to talk about last night."

The girl on the other end nodded, even though Duplicity couldn't see the action they both knew that she was just needing to get this off her chest.

"Vent away!"

Visas laid back in the chair she sat in. She had a feeling this might take a while.

"This is almost like a story, so I will start from the beginning. Seph and I have been close for a long time, he was gave Las Vegas after the huge war we all barely survived through. He wasn't left with much to build on and he tried his best. Yet, it was a long road for Vegas. With a leader having to step down, then another. Some felt like Las Vegas was already a joke."

Duplicity sighed at how many drug Seph's name through the mud. This upset her, but she understood why people felt that way. They felt he let Chicago push him around, that he didn't look after his own city. When he very much did, up until the last moment of his life. With all the stress he had on his shoulders, Duplicity could comprehend why he left the way he did. Seph knew that the reason Las Vegas stood for so long was because of him. Many in Las Vegas didn't realize this, but by staying up and trying to deal with his stressful life he was protecting them. A man can only take so much though.

Duplicity snapped to and continued talking to Visas.

"You remember all the rogues from Vegas, yes? There were like four or five of them! Not to mention one of their own leaders, KingAlucard, made comments how he would no longer back Chicago when Seph did. Those were some pretty ballsy words if you ask me."

"Also, when an issue rose between a Las Vegas and Chicago member, the first reaction was that member's lover tried to duel the man. All over a joke that was taken the wrong way. One could feel he was not respectful as he should have been, but the reaction to it was  even more disrespectful by the Las Vegas member."

"Left and right things just kept happening. A hand was disrespectful in the streets, a CA was shot, and even a Los Angeles leader, Diavolo, was trying to turn their city and Las Vegas against Chicago. Then when told to stay out they housed old Las Vegas members who kept shooting. It also didn't help their case that Tizla started shooting. That is the simple reason why Los Angeles was removed with Las Vegas."

"People may think I don't have compassion, but I also cannot turn a blind eye to everything that Las Vegas and Los Angeles did. Many may not believe me, but I have spent months defending Las Vegas. I would become a bad leader to continue to let them stand as more shit kept happening. There were good souls that lied in Las Vegas. There were good souls that lied in New York, Detroit, Philadelphia, and so on. May they rest in peace."

Duplicity rubbed her eyes and sniffled. Visas knew that the conversation was over, she had got out what she needed to say. They both said their goodbyes and love yah's. Then Duplicity hung up the phone and stood up to continue on with her work.

well I agree with most of your words GM Duplicity,to be honest maybe we didnt deserve to live

not because we are bad or something else,just because we allowed that Seph represent us

I know Seph for a long time and he is awesome guy,but when you have paranoia attacks and

you kill 3-4 of your leaders for only you known reasons somethings not wrong,when we ask what happend

answer was always same "they wanted me to die"when we ask for some proofs,no answer

he took out my 2 RHMs why?I dont know,he kill them and send me mail,I m sorry I had to kill them

Gura notices a gathering crowd and many discussions going on.. Also aware of the events that have just taking place he takes a deep breath exhales and decides to speak "Hold up! I have something to say and think people need to understand from a different perspective.." Sigh.

"People need to put themselves into different shoes.. what if you were in a position were its your goal and job to watch out for a whole city and protect it.. I think the point here is a tough and hard decision was made for the intentions of protection Chicago and they followed through with it.. what ever the reason its done and over with.. Gura turns to walk away but turns back to say one last thing.."I am not a fan of bloodshed myself in all honesty... but what had to be done is done. Rest In peace to all the fallin and may there kins carry on from were there bloodline left off..."

Obsideon  walked out into the streets hearing of this, he was disgusted with what he heard not that some of it wasnt true, but a remark made of his father put a bad taste in his mouth, finally he spoke up

​"My father KingAlucard never said he wouldnt back Chicago if Seph died, he tried to carry on the same alliance, did he expect that you would? no not at all, but he had hoped you would have,  i can understand the reasoning for Las Vegas being killed, personally i might of done the same"

​Obsideon sits back and pulls out a ciggerette and lights it before continuing

"My father only had one regret when he died, that he couldnt do more for Las Vegas, so in the words of my father from a note he left me, believe everything at half truth, to his family and the first family of my bloodline, thank you for putting faith in me, he enjoyed each and everyone of you fine ladies and gentlemen, as to you Las Vegas and Las Angeles, you know he loved you all, to the other cities of our world, i hope you guys prosper well."

You all in Las Vegas would have died a long time ago, -Liquid. He might have not been popular in Las Vegas apparently, but the truth is that he kept your and his city alive as long has he lived.

I did not realise to become a CL you needed to be proficient in the English language, Liquid was given a crew because he has always been a honest, Loyal, and in general a good man the traits everyone looks for if i am not mistaken.

Tbh i saw it coming. I knew that when seph retired leaving us high and dry ( god rest his soul) he had cut his losses. I had many talks with him, almost daily and it became clear that we both were losing interest and that there was no way we could save LV in the long run. 

I do not blame him in the slightest for what he did. I would have done the same, just not in the fashion he did.

no street presence is still important literacy however not so much considering this is multi-cultural and some would find it hard to speak in very clear English so lets not be disrespectful of those who cant
