Vincent_Valentine, I don't think your father's attempts at peace had any merit at all. After all, it appears that your father housed members from a city that was in the process of being attacked which just isn't very smart if your father wanted to stay out of the war. It's also not surprising that he was considered a threat when his sister city and sister district were engaged in hostilities. I don't think anyone with a brain would have left your father alive, considering your father's paranoia and shaky loyalties. I am of course referring to that one time when your father took a protection shot after someone informed him Las Vegas was planning to take him down.

Of course they weren't, but that didn't stop your father from taking a protection shot because someone told him that it was going to happen.
