As I check over the daily news paper I am greeted by senseless deaths from what seems to be everywhere around the united States
I begin to wonder if this free city project is really worth the while, it seems so many roguish members seem to be popping up everywhere from tonycosta and badwolf- tearing up each other to joerosoga unable to control or replenish his reputation he says to have built for himself to even chibs stepping down and following tonycosta to Philadelphia to incite more roguish behavior
Is it really safe for the rest of us to allow these cities to continue to harbor the likes of these behaviors time after time, even when @tellerium made a push to unify the city of Philadelphia against the wishes of the free city project (basically forming a union in a non union world with the collaboration of a list indicating who has what type of accuracy she can use to do her bidding made by Bella vista)
The unruly behavior in these free cities must be stopped in my opinion as nothing good has come out if them from my perspective except drama drama and more drama. The only bloodshed that seems to hit these streets is from these free cities, why not push the free city project into just one solo city and let them all fight it out for sole control of that free city to make it no longer free in a trial by fire type way, it seems that's all their doing anyway except they have 3 cities to do it in
We barely even see these cities making a step out if their city into the streets unless it is to address bloodshed or drama that roguish behavior has leaked into our streets so we already see nothing but the negatives of this activity
I welcome you all in the free cities to defend your case to the elders, this is just my opinion but I know so many people are wondering, when will this bloodshed and lack of a presence stop
I also welcome any input from christiangato roboakheart nakamura as to their thoughts if the recent events in these free cities |

| List one roguish action from Los Angeles. Since you wish to paint us all with the same brush, I'm curious to hear about how you've grouped LA into your statement. | |

Olympia stares at Quarantine as he talks, absorbing what all he has said about the free cities. She replied, "I have to say that not ALL the free city crews have been having issues. And also, I can say that me and some of my members have been out on the streets on more than one occasion, and it hasn't always been drama. So to say that all the free cities are free rogue cities isn't necessarily accurate. Yes, like every other city and district, crews have issues sometimes, districts have issues sometimes, and so do whole cities, even in the free ones. And Tony and BadWolf fought out their issues, the issues with JoeRosoga and his RH and all that were taken care of, Philly is working on their stuff over there I'm sure.. The action of a few people shouldn't mean that all three free cities are just shit.." |

I think you'll find the presence on the streets from Vegas is one of the highest around. The fact you can't even get such a thing like that right leaves me to question your motives for this bizarre speech. From personal experience there is nothing rogue like about the free cities. Disputes take place in this thing of ours all the time. A dispute occurred in Detroit which led to rogue behaviour from a leader there, what pray tell makes that any different? Nothing in my humble opinion. The free city idea is a good one. Should they have been limited to one city? Perhaps, but when it was launched there was a need for more and homes for the homeless and so those in power did the right thing in my opinion by giving freedom to the cities they couldn't or wouldn't fill. To call that into question now after an internal scuffle is a complete knee jerk reaction really. |

She shakes her head and says, "But like every other city in this world, they take care of their issues and then they move past them, rebuilding everything that had fallen during the wars, or whatever might have happened. Don't you think that people should be given a chance to recoup before such dramatic actions as shoving all free city crews into one city and making them fight for their spot are taken? |

| Chibs stepped down Wednesday and joined Tony. He caused no issues in LA, therefore your statement is nullified. | |

The difference between Detroit and the free cities is Detroit is not a free city, not just anyone can pop up in Detroit lime they can in the free cities. I never said there was no presence I said there was a lack of it if one city out of the three is a success then keep that one city but when it comes to the other two what do we do? Do we just sit and let them fester? Let them sit and potentially move to a non free city and potentially wipe out a legitimate crew in a non free city? Why not impose restrictions like in the past for headquarter size or bodyguard size why allow such a "free city" to potentially build in the shadows and turn the tables of non free cities. We have no idea what comes next from these free cities |

| I'm always amazed by these Projects. Over and over again they prove themselves futile and yet anytime they happen people flock to the streets to defend them..... All up until the inevitable fuck up, then people are against it. They are great in theory, horrible in practice. It is a good way to get target practice for the big guys though. | |

chibs jumped from one free city to anither free city to anither free city he was a role model in LA and we cannot nullify the actions of a former role model, if we nullify such actions whos to say it won't happen again and again |

| In my opinion, all of this seems to be a bit ridiculous...I can understand making a big deal out of all of these wars, but the concept of a free city is kind null and void because crew leaders have made it explicitly clear to those below them that no unauthorized hits are allowed, and in the event a hit does go down either a war bread out and the situation is resolved the easy way or the family disown the shooter and has them taken care of... | |

The point I'm making is that issues like tellurium trying to band a city together when the elders wished it not to happen still allowed her to do so just behind their backs. The actions of one free city do not stay within that free city lime they should, put em all in a island and let the victor own that island |

Quarantine the same can be said about non free cities. If one person in NY goes half cocked and guns down someone from DT, should all of NY be taken out? Disbanded? No, you take care of the one said rogue and use him as an example to what we do with rogues around here. Now, I can't speak for any other city but the city I am in, LA, everyone has been very respectful and minding their manners as good mafioso's should be not coming out to the streets and try making everyone in a cities look bad. As Olympia said, crews, districts, entire cities, have problems sometimes this is all part of the world we live in and if you don't realize that I would have to start questioning your mentality on the subject and question your role in our mafia world. |

Quarantine it is an interesting point you raise.. Firstly I would like to say that where I feel it has been appropriate I have had my voice here in the streets, yes sometimes this has been to discuss events but equally not, it has been on discussions in a wider context so I will agree let's not use one brush here and a load of paint. For me it is a difficult situation when a free city has attracted people who were perhaps less than desirable as crew leaders for whatever reason, as a free world they came here and fell by their own sword each time, save for Lux who was senselessly killed by one of those I refer to. However if a free city is that free then it must be judged on its individual merits and not a huge brush for the whole city. What I mean by that is that each crew in a free city is accountable for its crew. If in difficult times those crew leaders choose to talk and collectively form a plan then so be it and if not then so be it. So in a sense you have already what you describe Quarantine - the crews in the free cities work on their crews and when the shit hits the fan then work out what collective action if any they are prepared to take or if they stand alone as a crew on their own merits.
My family tree goes back some years and I don't read of anything similar before and change is never easy, certainly the 'city all together till the end' is one all of my ancestors knew and grew up in and passed on and I am now needing to learn a new way of things in a new world and adapt. There will always be bumps in the road however for now Philly is a free city and I as a crew leader here am and will continue to navigate my way around how this develops and how we adapt and where those 'lines' fall around what is acceptable and what starts to impact on my crew and therefore become an issue. |

| I agree with fist-of-pain, all I was trying to say is that we already have a system for dealing with rogues and to throw free cities into the mix wold just seem irresponsible and, frankly, short-sighted... | |
