I think a lot of people here are missing the point, although I must emphasize that I'm speaking to no one in particular, just offering my two cents on the matter from my bloodline's observations on how things work here from year to year. The truth is that if you hide your identity from those in power you will always have problems if you do well and show a face of anonymity or one that doesn't quite fit the bill for the kind of person those pushing the buttons want to keep around. And on the flip side of that coin, if you have a bloodline that time and time again does things that people around here have in the past, not appreciated (more importantly, those in power) it's equally going to be like slogging uphill. Throughout all this though, the fact remains that those in power trust other people on these shores as well and they got there by communicating with each other. Communicate with those that are in power, show them that you can be trusted and want to work with them on their game plan and you won't eat a bullet for it. It has always been like that here with trust playing a major part of every decision. When the moment passes and you become a potential liability, it's lights out. It's always been like this. This is the mob. |

Thats not true at all. Especially when your father's last time here as Godfather of New York. He demanded people under him to reveal their linage. How do I know this? Because my father was under you at the time. You DID that and you continue to do that now. And yes I know that you continued to harass a friend of mine recently asking him where my bloodline was and who my son was. Deny it all you want but you continually hunt people down. And what is the point of going else where when you are going to flatten other cities who stand up to you and say "no you may not touch our members because you do not know their coffee shop identity". No rightful leader should ever surrender their hardworking members to another city just because that city doesn't know who they are. For anyone who is still under mouseycop, I'd reconsider everything you know about her. She is going to continue to do whatever it takes to keep herself alive, while giving up identities as long as LV asks for them. Shameful. You are not the person who I thought you were. |

I'm sorry that I have a differing choice of opinion, perhaps if I were attaching my mouth to your exterior, you wouldn't feel the need to try and call out "tears". Anyway, I am going off the point here, and insults are not really my game here, nor are "craven tears". It has been going around from several credible sources that people who were not to digress their coffee shop names were to die within 60 days. I'm sorry if I feel that piece of information to be a bit harrowing. Perhaps if I were the one to issue this order I would also be quite brazen within the streets. Anyway, good luck with culling the population. I'm sure my son will be back to these shores, fully digress his bloodline and coffee shop name to Las Vegas and others, show nothing but hard work, loyalty and graft, and see how well he fares. |

Messers Disorder and LuciusSweet, you are not fooling anyone that this ‘trusted beyond reasonable doubt’ you talk about means nothing more than cronyism. Yes, there are snakes in the grass out there, but if they are prepared to make the huge effort needed to become a threat, then the far less time-consuming effort of appearing to be as ‘honest to your boss and loyally invested in your family’ as any member reasonably can be isn’t such a large ask. So, the only way to be sure of weeding them out is to kill everyone who is building a gun, innocent or not, if they are not your close personal friend – and it should be clear that it was a disagreement over this last point that led to the takedown of Chicago. My thoughts on the matter – From the old country I have learned to make a clear distinction in life between top-down arrogance and bottom-up arrogance. There’s an element of honour in the bottom-up arrogance I talk about, by which I mean a certain suspicion of those in power, standing up for the little guy etc, even just for the sake of it. For me, it benefits communities as a whole because places thrive when those in power have to listen to those below them. Of course this is the mafia and the bosses don’t have to give a shit about anyone, it’s just that this, particularly in the extremes we are seeing now, causes stagnation - which brings me on to top-down arrogance. I can understand doing what you need to do to get to the top, we’re mobsters after all, but once you are already at the top? You are not going to live forever. All you can do is tarnish your reputation to future generations. And as Utopia- excellently touched upon, top-down arrogance of the sort we are seeing here will cause decline, people like LuciusSweet posting see-through crap on our streets, and possibly even a population decrease. |

Telkin clears his throat. Just to clarify, that last comment I made was in reference to mousey not being the person everyone thinks she is. Shooting down her own CLs to preserve her life, quite distasteful. |

Good to hear it, Disorder, ''I have never and will never demand that anyone reveal their linage to me or anyone else in my district. If you want to remain entirely anonymous, that's absolutely fine. Just go do it somewhere else. Its not as if there aren't an abundance of other options.'' is a bit of confusing statement, though, as it seems to say it's fine to not spill the beans on the identity of your great-great-great grandfather, only to learn it it's fine only if you do it ''somewhere else''. Oh well. Reminds me of this old one, at least. In any case, we all know that every regime is actively looking out for itself and thus wishes to eliminate certain undesirables, even when they seem to behave so well and are just 'looking to have fun', and these undesirables usually know who they are and thus shouldn't have unrealistic expectations about their life expectancy and possible unwanted effects upon the health of their district/city. |

Well said! And so eventually you find a way to live in this world of ours, undesirables play their part as do rouges and Bloodlines of families who are deemed tyrants and turncoats and around and around we go. |

-Telkin- I realize you're baiting like any troll, and I've bitten my tongue for the most part. But honestly, get over yourself. You're so salty it stinks. Take your nonsense elsewhere; Rubix deserved his death, far more then you could possibly know. From the day he joined Mousey after the downfall of his own CL (which apparently was perfectly acceptable when it was him that was surviving, even as a right hand, but god forbid someone else survive a war) he was a headache. From pushing for promotions, complaining when his HQ size was limited, and trying to cause issues between the Godmother and myself, he was a royal pain in the ass. He was a cancer in South Side and needed to be taken out. She didn't "let Rubix die because she wanted to live". Rubix caused his own death and your father's with it. The only shame was that it didn't happen sooner. So grow up. |

I'm not informed enough to comment on Rubix but what about my father, Brutus? He was under mouseycop and told her everything she asked. He never lied to her, he contributed when he could, and he never caused any trouble. However when LV came a knockin' he was gunned down effortlessly. You're going to see the good side of mouseycop, no matter how small that side might be. |

Excellent to quickly dismiss the main point I was making, which had almost nothing to do with the death of Rubix. Also, I'm not sure who you think my 'father' was, I'm an orphaned bastard child. Rubix's deceased RHM, may he rest in peace, is likely off somewhere in the speedforce fighting Barry Allen. |

Just apparently nobody would like to touch on the subject that she killed one of her fellow CL's, that wasn't even a part of her district, instead of doing a single thing to show ANY type of loyalty to those who were loyal to her. |

MikeHunt, I can't speak on the demise of Brutus because I don't know the details. I do know that if it came down to one person in a family versus the whole family, sometimes a crew leader has to make a tough choice. This downfall is a prime example of what will happen if you don't kill the one person. I'm sure her other crew members appreciate the chance to keep on living. Most people don't agree with that method and that's fine. Not everyone is going to agree on everything. This world we are in goes in cycles and there are always people unhappy with the current leadership and other people that will defend it to the death. And Telkin, you're not really worth the breath it's taking me to respond, but I don't really care what point you were trying to make. All I know is you're making a fool out of yourself and your bloodline by going from place to place talking shit at every opportunity. |

Really? Personally I think everyone who is refusing to address the clear-cut ass backwards 'loyalty' shown by a GodFather of a city are the ones making fools out of themselves, but that's just the opinion of a lowly Gangster. Truly, this is not salt. These are well formulated (even if short, at times) thoughts that raise valid concerns to all future co-workers of mouseycop. |

That would be true but the fact she lied about the events of my father's death further cement the negativity I see in both mouseycop's ability to lead and ability to protect her members. I do respect your point of view on the matter though. |

SantinoAndolini, I don't think anything I've said is see-through crap. I mean every word and I think my actions as a Don have been sufficient evidence of that. I'd fight for any of my proven family members without hesitation and defend them accordingly. If you can find someone in my family, or of my family in the cemetery, which demonstrates something other than I reward loyalty and punish disloyalty, have at it. As an aside, you do all see the irony in demanding everyone be given a clean slate regardless of their bloodline by continually referencing Disorder's bloodline, right? |

Whereas I think that your attempt to hide the fact that the current plan is for a very small group of close friends to be allowed to prosper, whilst anyone else cannot hope to see their hard work lead to anything is 'see-through crap' I guess we will let the masses decide for themselves ey? And assuming that as you claim loyalty (rather than cronyism) is rewarded how do you justify the taking out of Chicago LuciusSweet? It's not up to you to say which of their members were 'loyal'. |

Well, I guess that's your prerogative, Santino. As you evidently have no substance to prove what I said was "see-through crap", as alleged, and given that I've never hidden the fact that my plan has always been for LuciusSweet to prosper, I'm not sure I'll be buying into your conspiracy theories today. Let us instead, as you say, let the masses decide for themselves. As to the justification for the Chicago removal, I think that should be pretty obvious from what I've already said. |

Daniella... That's not why he died. I did make a decision for my family, but that was on my own initiative. MikeHunt , funny you should speak of lying when your father admitted to me he had been lying on the reports of his gun. Many people who lie about such a sensitive topic are known not to live much longer from there. So if you want to know why your father died I would re-check what his reports were compared to his gun. He might have had chances to behave within my family, but lying on something sensitive is not a risk I was willing to allow if I was to protect my family. |
