Those Dons protect you and keep you alive... you must keep that in mind. They also have the power to kill you if they have reason to. So that is why, respect is essential in this thing of ours! |

I do try to show respect but when I'm trying to read a newspaper, and I suddenly feel breath on my ear, and I look back, and there's a Don trying to read the agony aunt column over my shoulder - thats not on surely? |

Galactus is walking with 5 sacks of asian beans that he had just collected from MrBean's truck load and over hears Sneakyrat's debate.
I would have to agree with you 100 percent.Respect if not the highest,is one of the highest requirements that mobsters must show in the mafioso.I began to realize that modern day mobsters dont understand the concept of being respectful and also the concept that respect is not given but you must earn it.
Also aside from the respectful side, like you said New Orleans have pickpocketing rules that should be inforced. It states in their city rules "Pick pocketing in New Orleans is limited to only those who state 'Pick Pocket Friendly' or have written consent." Did you have PP Friendly in your quote,or did you give the mobster written consent? If the rules are not enforced with consequences, then they will continue to do it.
Galactus then shakes Sneakyrat's hand and walks off. |

Galactus... i agree with everything you have just said. The issue with this however... the assailant was masked, therefore we cannot put a tag on this guy and reinforce the rules like you suggest. I am not blaming NO, lets just make it clear... or any other city for that matter. I am just asking people to respect the rules of the cities and also the tattoo's that people wear. This is a debate because when ever we talk about respect... different opinions on the matter is stated. As of reinforcing the rules... the rules are there, people just have to read and really understand what they mean. Of course if i ever find out who it was, concequences will occur and the rightful way of course. |

Galactus is shaking his head in agreement with what Sneakyrat is saying.
I dont blame you,if it happened once then its bound to happen again.
"Warning comes before destruction." The warning was to have written consent in which the mobster didn't have, and aside from that he was also masked so whatever he gets in punishment,he absolutely deserves it. |

Falcon haha... i knew someone like you would come out and ask that. Of course i would'nt be the one to give such concequences to a Don. However, i truly doubt and believe that such a honorable man would disregard New Orleans rules. But if a Don did it, there is not much i can do other than contact my Boss and wait to see if he can solve it. And if my Boss does'nt do anything or cannot do anything... i would continue on with my life and hope that someday i have the power to reinforce the rules. Good question Falcon and i am very honored to having such a man like you make your statement about this issue! |

Galactus then approaches Hoopi.
I also understand what your saying but in all well doings, respect was not given or shown within this dispute.New Orleans is a PP Friendly city only if the person you are pickpocketing gave you the consent to do so.Thats what I believe Sneakyrat is trying to say. |

As I say, I'm not sure what the purpose of this is except you taking the opportunity to have a little blow out because you were PPed and don't know who did it.
Well... the purpose and i have made it quite clear. Is not to go back in time as you state that it is impossible to do so. And yes, the guy took the risk and got away with it. The purpose is to debate about what is right and what is wrong. Disregarding someones tattoo and also the city rules is wrong.... NO is pp friendly but also strickly forbids people to pp someone who is'nt. That is quite clear.. this is not about pp... it is about respect. It is not about seeking revenge... it is about telling people what respect is all about. Of course, this issue always goes two different directions but i felt that it is important enough to debate about! It has been debated before i know... there is also a reason why it is still subject to debate on. Lack of respect... simply put! |

I understand that Galactus, hence my question back to sneakyrat. My point is that it's futile. |

Sneaky, if you fly to Vegas - a PP friendly city - with that tag on, are you showing a lack of respect to LV leaders if you continue wearing it for the duration of your stay? Or is that ok because its not the specific example you've highlighted here? |

Galactus shakes his head while Sneakyrat is speaking.
Sneakyrat,You are exactly right.Lack of respect is exactly what you call it.Truth be told, the mobsters that suffer with lack of respect dont last long in the mafioso. So I wouldnt even let their disobedience hinder me or anything that I do. |
