I remember one time when I was a little boy, my Mother was driving me home from a doctors appointment. I spent half of the ride sitting on a bible she looked at me when she reached a stop sign, and asked " Doesn't sitting on that bible make your ass hurt?". I just shrugged and said bluntly, "No it feels kinda holy" she had to pull over because she was laughing so hard.

that is probably one of my most favorite memories.

Well back in middle school this one girl kept insulting me and calling me fat blah blah blah. So eventually one day i just hit that point of fuck this shit. She walked up to me started talking shit and so I hit her with an insult i knew would fucking hit a nerve with her. I mean i had no clue how much it would bother her but it did. I just looked at shes calling me fat and shit so I just tell her youre saying that because you are just jealous I have bigger titties than you. She started tearing up and just walked away. I knew it would bother her but she never spoke to me again ever and we had same clasese a few times and even in high school too. She'd look at me if i looked over she just look away lmao. It was just epic.

Sometimes when I was younger I liked to pretend I was a slug and slide myself across the floor until I found the salt shaker.

I remember when I was younger we had a blizzard and there was so much snow everywhere. Power was out. School was canceled and bunch of friends and I had decided to go sledding. It was so cold my grandfather insisted that I wear his snow suit. It was so hot that I wore shorts and a tank top under it so that I didn’t over heat. A bunch of friends and I climbed to the top of this huge hill. (Doesn’t look so huge now but when I was little it did) and we began sledding. After a while we started sledding in groups and a friend and I were getting on the sled and it started to slide down the hill so he grabbed me by the snow suit in hopes of stopping the sled but instead he managed to rip the snow suit off me, so I had to walk home (around a mile) in shorts and a tank top in the middle of a blizzard. Good times good times.

So many good memories from my youth. From the days of the respect of our street crew to the girl (not here anymore) that waited outside my classroom door for me. Those were the days, too good to remember and not stay depressed.
Yes, very much confusing, maybe some memories better to erase...

A few years later I was at the Whistsunday Islands in Australia. There was another boat trip this time for a few days.

Somehow I got pushed into going, I have no idea how I decided to join, we travelled around the islands, did some snorkelling and slept on the boat.

As usual for me on the first day a massive storm blew up, everyone apart from me and two friends ran down below decks. We all decided to sit at the front of the boat and face the waves and wind head on.

As the waves crashed over the bow and the wind blew in our faces we just sat and took it, laughing insanely. I think I finally decided how to deal with boats and danger in general, face it head on, laugh in the face of it and go insane.

The captain of the boat seemed to be impressed and I think finally me and Poseidon have a truce going.

Let's go for a MR memory

It was my 2nd account ever and i still had no real idea what was going on, how people were making decisions etc. It was the time of Doctorboom in CH and i was in DT, i got WB'ed on and somehow managed to not get shot coz i was not considered a danger due to by noobness (YAY). Well after being a nobody for ages and nobody caring for me or my capacity i was steadily building my character and lived to be 155 days. And surprisingly enough they were going to auth me the next morning, whoop. But that morning he got attacked and overhtrown by his RHM, i set up some war hq, got members, grabbed GF and then 2 or 3 hours later died dueling LG, ahhh the good times :P

When I was a kid the neighbour's kid and I used to take the bus to the school and every morning we had to walk past an abandoned construction yard.
There used to be a rooster living at that construction yard and it was very territorial.
As soon as it saw us it would start chasing us and we would run scared shitless as fast as we could to the bus. One day during winter one of us (I think it was me) slipped, fell and before you knew it the rooster was all over my face, my friend tried to scare the rooster away but got attacked as well.

Eventually, we went and found a homeless and let it loose in the construction yard.

It was winter, me and I think 5 of my friends at the time were bored and decided to run around throwing snowballs at peoples windows, we got to one house a little down the street and we all chucked some snowballs at the windows, then the door opens up and there's a big dog chasing us, felt like we ran forever before that dog was out of sight. I remember even taking a detour to get home in fear of getting bitten by that dog. 20 years later I still remember how close I was to being bitten in the ass by it.

When I was younger, it seemed I was very very good at hiding, so good in fact that my mom and dad had to call the cops because one time they could never find me and thought something happened to me. Well turns out I went and hid in my toy box that was a giant football and fell asleep came out hours later to a lot of commotion. Here's a random picture I found on google for what it looks like: https://blog.retroplanet.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/football-chest-450x464.jpg

Back many moons ago when I was but a young buck, I landed into Auckland Airport, New zealand. Unfortunately at the time I'd spent a month in Thailand and a week in Australia before flying to NZ aswell as looking a bit like a hippy (long hair, soul patch, baggy jeans, rasta style hat and carrying guitar in a hard case) as you'd expect security took one look at me and sent me through to get checked at customs.

I was a big panicky as I'd never been stopped before and unlucky for me the customs agent found traces of something on the underside of my rucksack although I had nothing they requested a strip search.... so long story short I ended up naked covering my bits in front of two customs agents before they where happy to let me into the country....

At the time it was the scariest moment of my life.... looking back its hilarious.

Ahhh.... I remember the good old days when I could go out in the public and do all kinds of things. I remember back in 2019 I was drinking and partying with friends and didn't worry about dying. Those were good memories.

As a child, my Dad would load my brothers and myself up on Christmas Eve and we would go to the store to get my Mom's gifts.  When we would return home, we  never went inside but my Mom would come out to car and we would go straight to my Grandma's house.

While we were shopping, little did we know that my Mom, playing Santa, would put all of our gifts out under the tree.  When we would return home, we would be so excited that Santa had came while we were gone.  We would sit that night and open our gifts before bedtime because the next day would be so chaotic with other Grandparents and other family members coming for Christmas day that there would be no time to open Santa's gifts.

Nothing fun like that anymore.  Once you grow up and the Mom is gone, things change.  And yes you create your own traditions.  But those memories are always there.

Most of my memories are of my brother doing crazy shit.  He once threw a slinky into a ceiling fan, that was fun.  He almost fell out of the car while we were driving once.  He was definitely the family entertainment.

I went fishing for trout with my dad and we caught this huge one (and I mean huge) and when we went to weigh it we dropped it in the water. Flash forwards 10 years later and we caught a sea bass, big sucker. Wouldn't you know? The same thing happened, talk about nostalgia. We've been on plenty of fishing trips since, it hasn't happened again, but kinda crazy it happened twice exactly 10 years later!

When I was growing up I came across a few mob games like this and played them and ya that’s it. Somehow started playing this and not sure if I regret it or not but I’m here

Exciting? no. Interesting? maybe

My grand dad was unwell for a number of weeks, i recall going in to see him after school with mum and my nan,  we would chat have a laugh etc. I remember one day after school I wasnt feeling well and wanted to stay home, i felt nauseous and faint... Mum and nan went to see grand dad anyway Came home no issues said he was going ok. I went to sleep and have such a vivid dream I remember it crystal clear I "woke up" in my dream to a knocking at the window in my room and saw my grand dad there I was so excited ( i was 9) We chatted and he said " *Velvet* I just wanted to say I love you so much, you make me happy and I will miss you"

Confused I said "what do you mean? just come inside?.. grand dad? " he returned with "quickly go back to bed before you get into trouble I love you Velvet" I heard thumping at my bedroom door, little did i know I was sleep talking and walking in my sleep talking at my window.." Mum woke me and said he had passed... He said good bye to me " :( I'll never forget that

When I went travelling we spent a few months in a van travelling down the east coast of Australia. We started off in Cairns and ended up in Sydney. Was a great trip with loads of memories.

Firstly when we left the rental place we went shopping at the local supermarket, when we arrived at the car park there was a low ceiling and we thought we would be fine to drive under....

So we lost our fibre glass top of roof which was now open to the heavens. We knew our deposit was lost on first day and we had to use a bowl to cover the hole over when it rained or it would leak. The first night was the most uncomfortable ever.

3 men in a tiny van in scorching heat. We bought a fan that day which helped a little but so did driving South. One day we drove off from camp park with bowl still on roof which went flying off down the road I had to go chasing. There are a lot more memories from that time.
