| I am what is known as a muscular inventor. I am hired to stand in the R&D labs at companies like Dow and Bayer with a small beaker filled with Gatorade and bulge out of a lab coat. When guests, clients and potential investors come by on a tour of the office, they see me and are impressed that I am so smart yet so swole, unlike the rest of the STEM community, who are offputting and unlikeable. | |

This is funny because the last response said they worked as a florist @MrDeath I also work as a florist. I'm a bit sad about it though, because my boss closed the retail storefront and absorbed me and my coworkers into her larger event/floral company and now my job is changing into a less design-focused role. I may go back to working as a barista as my hours are decreasing :( |

I'm a business growth consultant with a specific focus on LinkedIn and email-stuff. Sort of a fun job if you like data and all, but can be boring sometimes. |

I do a job I’m pointlessly good at. It has been many years now since I transcended the required skill for what I do. I’m now spending May days wondering what I should be doing with my abundant (and surplus) capabilities. |

| I am disabled. However, it is my job to be a good wife to my husband, as well as a trainer for our dog. I often find that caring for my chronic illnesses is a full time job, too, but taking care of one’s self is considered self care not a 24/7 job, soo there’s that. | |

I am currently overworked at a grocery store chain that believes paying for a skeleton crew to run a department is paying too many people. After all, if they had to pay more people then they wouldn't be able to blow $5 Billion on a stock buyback program in order to attempt to save the CEO's job after my company failed to merge with another grocery store chain because even a very conservative senator and a very liberal senator managed to set their differences aside to agree my company was full of shit... |
