So the police and child services in Canada have now been told to take the children away from the truckers who have their families with them in Ottawa.

If the government does that.........well it would be very stupid on their part. Canadians have been camping in the cold with their kids for years.

I suppose the Homeless shelters will be the next place they raid since the parents there are not providing equate care for their kids.

You are defending people who tried to burn down a building full of people that have nothing to do with the mandate. Any argument you had before that would have been even slightly defendable is now gone because it is clear these people are the scum of the earth.

My facts? I quoted a wiki of the convoy's actions and said nothing about nationality. The people associated with the convoy tried to burn a building down full of innocent people because they're having a tantrum. Much like yourself in this thread. You're not getting the support you thought you would and now are throwing your toys about wildly in an attempt to somehow seem far more interesting and intelligent than you really are. But as a U.S. veteran I can tell you we rarely watched CNN. 

The CBC is the only news organization that is publicly owned.  Canada also has private News networks. They are not all publicly owned.

Canadian residents can watch everything from CNN to OAN. They have all the same options. So, I don't know what your getting at here Sam. It isn't like the CBC is the only option in town. It is just one of many.

CBC is a public owed but they only cover what looks bad you can trust me on this one BAD NEWS SELLS

What I like about this Freedom Convoy is how strong of a case it is making for the input of truckers into world legislation. Would Boutros Boutros-Ghali have reacted more decisively to the Rwandan genocide if a guy with a full set of dead teeth and 30 years of experience driving toasters to Florida had been there to honk his horn until someone gave in to his demands? Can The World Bank pursue the end of poverty without the counsel of the ice road truckers? Can the momentum of human progress continue unabated if we do not bow to the demands of men who deliver meat over long distances? 

Does anyone else have any more anecdotes about how their family revolutionised an industry only to be crushed beneath the boot of the government? Curses for cancer stifled, perhaps?
