It amazes me you have the first clue that the legs are at the bottom of your body with as much time as you spend with your head up your ass. Other than that your entire statement is rubbish.

Report Post Tip

Blutarsky, you are named after a man of note but you are not a man of note.  Indeed you are less than a rolled up and discarded post-it note.  Not even a footnote.

Blutarsky you are "note a not" backwards.

Notes upside your head.

I Am The Walrus.

Report Post Tip

Could easily say the same for you Blutarsky. You seem to think that the only one in power was Roman.  Sure, he may not have enforced the streets so harshly, but he scared the shit out of the minions he put in place so they killed their own members for speaking out. He didn't directly have anything to do with 99% of the people killed for speaking here, but he sure as hell scared the others into doing just that. It was in no way self imposed, the more frequent street speaks didn't stay away because THEY exiled themselves, they didn't come out because of respect for their respective boss' lives, who for the most part were too chicken shit to stand up for a member who spoke their mind so instead told them not to go to the streets for fear of their own safety

Have you ever thought that some of the people in power now enjoy a bubbling discontent? This isn't holdmyfuckinghand.com (apologies for the OOCitis), some people thrive on others being pissed off and they like to hear it. Not every regime wants things run the same, not every regime wants to shut up the masses and rule with an iron fist. Even Anita used to auth people she despised, simply for the competition it would throw up.

Your problem is your blood line has been sat in that cushy place where they were more or less untouchable for an extended period of time and now that world has come crashing down and things aren't so certain, you don't like it. It's funny how you mention it takes guts to auth someone new under you when your blood was part of a regime that authorised a vast majority of people who's bloodlines had been a family head numerous times before.

Hypocrite.

Report Post Tip

Father_TeQ, I do believe Blutarsky's references toward authing new bloodlines was in response to everyone's desire for "change" and "a new world" in the post-Roman era. When Blutarsky's ancestors were a part of a regime that was strengthened by the lack of change; it would've been a hindrance to auth new blood. He wasn't being a hypocrite, he was implying that if we wanted change, new auths should be new bloodlines.

His blood was part of a regime that resisted change, and that's why auths were very cyclical. When that regime died, the cycle should've ended (at least that's what I've picked up from Blutarsky's words).

Report Post Tip

TeQ, I had the utmost respect for Roman and Prem, regardless of who's bloodline or who specifically is being disrespected, especially after death, I would still have said what I have said. It's got nothing to do with who it is in particular.

Once, again, it's not about me being sensitive, it's about having respect. Is bashing someone after they have died respectful? No. Is stealth shooting someone's Bodyguards like a coward instead of growing some balls and not hiding behind stealth respectful? No.

I rest my case.

Report Post Tip

Thanks, Pharol. Thank you for letting me know that at least one person actually understood what I actually said instead of injecting it full of their own special blend of Down Syndrome logic. However it's clear my words will be lost on the cowardly. After all a coward rarely admits he is one and will always find fault in someone else even if they have to make leaps within their logic to do so. Leaps like saying Roman is at fault because other people were scared of him. Perhaps others who don't lack testicular fortitude will see the reason in my statement.

As for those in power enjoying a bubbling discontent...well...you might be right. I, on the other hand, will give them the benefit of the doubt of not being blood thirsty war mongerers. That is, after all, what you would have to be to enjoy having the masses on edge all the time. I prefer to think of the people in power as businessmen like me and war and strife are not good for business. After all we aren't talking about a handful of people here. We're talking about a good portion of the populace. If the war against Roman should have taught us anything it's that a leader, no matter how strong he appears, is nothing without the people under him or her.

As a DIRECT descendant of Canucklehead I would like to dispel some lies here. I'd like to sugar coat this and say fibs, but it's out and out lies.

"Privately, she let it be known that she felt JimmyNapoli was picked unfairly to Godfather before her but, realising that she wasn't powerful enough to do anything, she stuck by Chade."

No, in fact she had been offered Los Angeles. She turned it down because she felt that Jimmy deserved it more than herself. She stuck by Chade because she came to this world to serve him.

"Canucklehead had a ruthless streak and often champed at the bit to attack smaller cities. Her bloodlust apparently knew no bounds and she once came very close to attacking SL on the most preposterous of reasons. The attack was averted due to concentrated lobbying and clever use of PR."

In fact, if you were to know the woman in question you would know that she was always hesitant about getting involved in wars and did not approve of interfering in other city business. She preferred the quiet life in Las Vegas and her only concern was Las Vegas. She hardly had a "blood lust" as you have made out here. In fact she was a peace loving woman from the Great White North raised by farmers in the town of Whiskey Gap, Alberta.

"Perhaps Canucklehead's most controversial, and most effective, action as part of LV's leadership team came when she somehow unmasked a rogue element in Las Vegas. A Consig in Chicago, EvilClown, had introduced a friend, TheJackal, into this thing of ours and suggested he go to work in Las Vegas. Whilst in Vegas, TheJackal was approached by representatives of an Underground group and introduced to Limitless - TheJackal agreed to vouch for him. Limitless was, in fact, a Kuklinski, deep undercover in the heartland of their then number one enemy; Las Vegas. An audacious attack had been planned for some time - some details of which can be read here and here. However, Canucklehead, in an astonishing piece of detective work, somehow identified Limitless as Kuklinski. Limitless was mercilessly gunned down. TheJackal soon followed and TheJackal's Consig friend in Chicago was sure to follow."

In fact it was not "just" Canucklehead that figured this out.. It was teamwork and a lot of record keeping done in locations outside of these cities that was worked on by the entire leadership of Las Vegas.

"Canucklehead was scathing of the Underground in the Streets - her opposition to what they stand for (unity, bravery, honour, justice) was as steadfast as her sycophantic devotion to those who formerly held power (Roman & Prem). She wanted, nay, craved, Las Vegas to be a Chi/NY style powerhouse. But it would never be. It was, instead, a hothouse for rogues and a haven for the Unknown Assailants. And riddled with informers. "

Canucklehead didn't like the way Chicago and New York had done things and this was well known. Las Vegas wasn't her city to run, nor would it have been, she had no desire to run a city. Las Vegas was Chade's and Chade made the decisions. She did as she was told and followed her boss, Chade. She was hardly devoted to Roman and Prem. She was devote to Las Vegas and Chade.

The fact that you sit here and make up such inflammatory stories as you have today just shows that you know nothing. You knew nothing of her. She turned down the honour of being a leader several times. Chade tried to get her out on her own, but she refused as she was more concerned about helping him with his family than branching out on her own. She was offered Los Angeles, she turned it down and told Chade that she wished for Jimmy to take over the city as he had earned it. When Jimmy came to her and asked if she was sure about her decision to stay in Las Vegas at Chade's side she told him the truth... HE, Jimmy, deserved the city. She had no desire to run a city, she just wanted to run her family and work with Chade in Las Vegas.

The only truths in your tale are these.. She served Chade faithfully, EvilClown shot at her, and Space-Pole shot at her. That is it.

Hey Mona Ooh Mona Hey Mona Ooh Mona Tell you Mona what I wanna do Rebut these tales of woe from you

* Hey Mona, Ooh Mona, Hey Mona, Ooh Mona; Tell you Mona what I wanna doRebut these tales of woe from you *

Mona, if we are to believe your eulogy, your mother was a true Las Vegas martyr - turning down stewardship of a city so that you could faithfully serve Chade.  Do you expect us to believe that?  Seriously?  Any logs or proof?  Let's face it, your mother was one of the most powercrazed characters that misruled these cities until they were removed. Whilst Roman  Prem created a sick society, Canucklehead, more so than Chade, came to represent the venal, unpleasant and arbitrary nature of that Zeitgist.

Canucklehead was unhappy with Roman & Prem?  Was that because of the huge fines imposed on LV by Prem? Why?  What did they do thatCanucklehead didn't?

Canucklehead was hesitant to get involved in wars?  I'll give you a clue, LV was riddled with informers.  The Underground knew and had proof of Jimmy's move to LV and your unhappiness with it.  Indeed, exposes slowed the move down.  And Canucklehead was keen to attack a fledgling SL - again, it was publicised at the time and this prevented the attack.

Too much has already been said about the extrajudicial killing of Limitless.  Your version of events has no basis in reality, though.  It was the tipping point - from that moment, Roman's empire began a rapid descent.

Truth be told, Canucklehead's actions defined her.  And she is not well thought of by any rightfully thinking person across these 8 cities.

Strange how things turn out.

How the mighty fell - and the voiceless became heard.

The sad thing is you truly believe all this stuff kuku. You are so disillusioned that you cannot get it through your head. At first I really thought you were just fucking around but by now I'm sure that you really believe all of this to be true and that is almost sad

Report Post Tip

Aldflainue, are you just a lackey for Mona?  Or just blinded by hatred of Kuklinski?

What I say is true.

Report Post Tip

I'd like to see proof then. If you claim you have the logs then by all means prove it

Report Post Tip

Prove what?

I've never heard so much crap before.

Jesus Christ (No, not you MSP). How anyone thinks its a good move to come into the streets to bitch about a dead person is beyond me.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I have no issue with that, but it would seem a great many people here that had no dealings with Canucklehead have some very false ideas of how she was and how she acted. I found Cauncklehead to be a joy to work alongside. She always worked hard for her city and provided other leaders with any assistance she could.

It amazes me the hatred that certain peoples children carry on their parents behalf. Seems a lot of folk need to get over their past and move on and look towards the future.

Blutarsky made a comment somewhere in amongst the rest of the nonsense I just listened to, about how if we are serious about wanting change then we should Auth new leaders.. Can anyone tell me how many old bloodlines known for wearing a bold suit have received auth since the aforementioned change was sought? I look around these streets, and I see a great many new faces. Those that aren't new were mainly already here.

In Detroit for instances, EvilClown is the only leader to pull on a Bold suit who's father i've known as a leader in my time. JessicaRabbit, Faceman, Klasky, SpunkTrumpet.. None of these people's parents wore a Bold suit, Jessica and Faceman are both first time leaders in fact.

With the Vegas project right now anyone who has the desire to be a leader is welcome to try their luck, sure, I agree its far from the same as authing one in your city and guiding them and helping them grow and learn, who are we to say such things won't happen? Change doesn't have to happen over night. There could very well be changes happening behind the scenes in each of our cities right now for all you know. Just because your not part of a change, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

And as everyone knows, many cities will take their time to decide their Auths, while many new leaders will surely grace our streets over time, everyone has to earn that shot. Regardless of who your parents, grandparents etc were, as these positions are so few the honour the deserve shall finally be restored. No longer should auth be given for the sake of it, its not a toy, its a position that someone should cherish and work hard to obtain.

"Canucklehead didn't like the way Chicago and New York had done things and this was well known"

Her and vegas jumped at the chance to throw name in the banned people list, but sure did hate what we did.

The ban list was terrible idea but everyone contributed names to it.

Report Post Tip

Wouldn't you honestly figure that now with the rules in place, "new" auths would become far less frequent then they already are?

I'm still quite skeptical on the "earn it regardless of who your parents, grandparents etc were" That's a "show me" statement, we're trying to get on the route for change though, so I guess time will tell with the rules in place.

Report Post Tip

Thank you for taking time out of your important schedule to address little ol' me, Ms. Worley. I guess we'll just have to accept that this change is in the process despite the lack of tangible evidence. Perhaps one day I'll achieve a level of importance to become a part of it. Until then I can only thank you for providing an example from your own city that would support my earlier statements.

Mikey, I bet you $1M you will be dead in 48 hours?

Reply by: ManicStreetPreacher at Nov 18, '11 15:51

WOO - in less than 24 hours I should be getting my 1 mill from MSP.

Cant wait.

Report Post Tip

I haven't received the $1M from you Tim, so the bet isn't on.  Transfer over if you wanted to go through with it

Report Post Tip

A verbal bet in public has no need for the transfer of money. On the agreed time of the bet is the time money needs to be transferred. That is unless you doubt that Tim will pay up. Although if that is the case your showing blatent disrespect by not accepting his word.

Report Post Tip

Taking bets on whether another Mafioso will be dead or not in 48hrs is pathetic. Doing it out in public view out on the streets is sheer idiocy

You should both be ashamed of yourselves
