Many of you have been wondering who I am and what my motives for tonight were. Well I will be keeping my identity secret because who my family line is, is irrelevant. On so many occasions I have heard people complain that there is nothing that they can do when they are unhappy with a city or a particular leadership, due to levels of protection or numbers of hitters required.

I always hear people asking for quality leaders and having discussions about the possible measures that should be taken to ensure this quality. We have recently seen the GF council take a number of measures in order to encourage better quality auths by reducing the number of families in each city.

However I believe that in general the majority of people have forgotten the best way to guarantee quality... Fear! That's exactly why I'm here tonight, tonight I'm here to show that us mere low rankers can still make a difference. Look around you, do you see those big crew leaders out there with their shit ton of bodyguards around them? I clearly can't touch them, that much is true! But I can certainly touch their unprotected members.

Every single leader in each of the 8 cities is surrounded by unprotected members, valuable but unprotected members because after all, a leader is nothing without their members. By touching their members you are damaging the leader. If you keep on damaging the leader, exposing that family and showing how weak and unsafe that family is, people will no longer join them and that leader's fate is sooner or later sealed. Tonight, I'm taking a stand against EvilClown.

EvilClown, you are a joke. The fact that you are still alive after some of your actions is completely unbelievable. You do not run an organization, this is a mere playground for you. You do not care what your members do as long as you can come up with something that can fool the people by your side.

My family line has been in your family before, approached and invited by you because of idiotic posts which you thought were funny. You advertised your crew as the place to be if you want to get away with things, and well... that's exactly what it is.

You act against your Godfather, you bring shame upon your city. Godfather Alabama, when will you stop trusting Clowns like this? You have a great reputation, you are such an active and respectable guy but you always trust the wrong people, how many clowns, dashs etc.... will you trust until you get your entire city killed?

This Clown doesn't deserve it and you know it, Godfather Alabama. All the more after last nights happenings of which everyone knows, when he tried to cover up the acts of Ancalagon.

I guess i'll address the above points even though Kee has met his maker already.

EvilClown has my trust. The actions of late that you speak of were done for reasons that don't concern you, provided he explains himself to me and I trust the explanation, then it is no concern to random people. My City will always come first for me, if I believe the people in my employ act in the best interest of the city then I will back them up where necessary.

You/people who think that because you don't like one of my leaders or disagree with his actions means i'll just kill him for you, your mistaken.

Next time your family line decides to disgrace whatever city promotes it to Made Man, feel free to come aiming for me. You never know, you might hit. Actually, you were flying to the pro's city and shooting. That means it wasn't a solo run, the pro was either giving you locals or (worse) picking the targets for you. I am wondering where is your loyalty kee? Is it to yourself or the city of detroit or to all of MafiaReturns or the guy that manipulated you to build up a gun and shoot people only to see you waste your life and become nothing while he got to take protected shots at you or the guy that would send you money to keep your flights up so you could achieve his dreams? Your blood has done this once and has promised to do it again, so now there will no doubt be tighter regulations in all cities on people getting promoted to Made Man. So you've shot yourself in the foot there.

You should also be very careful because seeing as though you have promised to come at us time and time again we will hunt you down... not only that, we will hunt your friends down, who no doubt some are completely innocent in this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think he was held at Wise Guy in his former family. Due to city hall's recent regulations concerning Wise Guys and held back Made Man promotions, he was able to give himself the rank of Made Man for the purposes of his escapade.

(OOC: I believe it was a fairly recent game change which made it so that Wise Guys who are past minimum time for Made and have the appropriate experience, are able to buy an HQ and get auto-promoted as they do so provided they do this in a city where there is no Godfather present.)

Wrong. Philadelphia had nothing to do with this. I was as insulted that this man decided to invade my city and take advantage over the fact that I am only acting city head and not a titled Godmother (coming soon to a Philadelphia near you) as I'm sure GodMother Worley is about this man coming out into the streets and bashing her city.

Let's just say, it's a natural thing for cream to rise to the top in cities where there are no titled Godfathers.

I guess the solution to that problem then is... Wise Guy is the new Made Man. If leaders aren't sure of a person, do not promote them to Wise Guy.
