Prizes will be awarded to both those who are nominated and win and those who nominated them. Nominations will close on the 30th and the results will follow shortly after (Likely a tiny bit into the new year depending on number of submissions)

Best Event Who: TheDude What: The Gutter Saints Invitational Bowling Tournament (link) Why: It was fun, TheDude put in a lot of effort and it generated a good amount of engagement in the streets and lounge. It could be this one or The Boxing event really, but I choose this one since its already concluded. |

Best Concept Who: Natasha (TonyTheTailor, milk, others) What: The Gulag Why: Not really sure how to go about this nomination. But I think the idea of The Gulag and the general mythos that has come from it is something special. I believe Natasha created it, but it has been expanded on by different people in different threads and everyone apart of it has contributed to its lore in some way. It's a unique idea, it's been fun to read, and has created an interesting bit of community culture. It's also been open to anyone who wants to participate. |

I think it would be cool to have winners for statistics players can't see. A few things come to mind: Most characters(who died the most), most time played, messages sent, messages received, Fastest credit claim on lounge (admin/non user generated credits only), most trivia questions answered in a row, most successfull player PP's (maybe not this one, might out stealth PP'ers)...thats all I got for now. Only things that wouldn't negatively effect anyone having everyone know about it. So gun stats and such are out, obviously. I think its possible there are loopholes I missed that might make some of this more sensitive than I realize so maybe this is just a bad idea... |

I like that idea BigEasy. Since there is already the raw data for all of these: what (master account) was the most active in main would be interesting to see, call it the "chatter box award." Most popular (based on number of replies) street thread of the year with a link to the thread. Jail breaker of the year would also be a good one. A more humorous one would be "Biggest Loser" based on total gambling losses. The "Lucky Duck" for the person who took home the biggest lottery win. A community engagement award, for the person who made the most (quality) street posts based on engagement in their threads "Mafia Pulitzer".
I like the subjective awards too but some objective awards would be cool to see as well. |

"You Wouldn't Believe it, Unless You Saw it" of the year:
Who: OdinProtsent (Peter, Pops) What: Getting 1% by the FBN not once, but twice in a row. Why: He entered the gulag as Peter, got a 1% and then comes back as Pops only to get 1% again after receiving $xxx million in donations from friends of his father's. |

Who: TonyTheTailor What: MVP Why: It feels like recently game mechanics have been dominating the outside conversation space. I believe that regardless of any coding changes(cool or uncool) it would still be the Streets that make this game unique and special. I think there are a lot of different tastes and flavours when it comes to the Streets. Some like their deeply immersive Mafia RP, some like their Si’s and Georges. I think regardless of flavour(I quite like Tony’s), consistency and activity are their own paramount. With this in mind, I would like to nominate TonyTheTailor for the MVP award. Check him out. Threads / Posts: 26 / 148 . Out there day 3, still out there day 174. He probably does it because he enjoys it, but I think someone being out there consistently is very valuable to our way of life. He’s also done a decent a job at managing his districts job sponsorship coverage and I’m fairly certain I’ve seen him yapping in Lounge everyday that I’ve been alive. So much engagement. It it is for these reasons I am nominating TonyTheTailor for the MVP award. |
