I think... if it were not for the fact that he was given so many chances, this would make less sense, but as it were - he had multiple times to reevaluate his leading and instead came up short on various occasions. Your members are an extension of yourself and your leading shows within most of your members. Having a rogue here or a random pot shot there - these are common things, but the random attacks on the city of LA and NY by a few of his members, shows a difference from these mistakes and the mistakes of most others.

With this said, he failed to take action and so his eventual death was warranted - in my mind, at least.

To her it wasn't poor leadership, to her the guy was a role model.
She spoke her feelings and might should have left out "is wrong" but was not looking for a debate, merely stating that for the members within the crew, or atleast for Zaza he was a good leader, and that is how one feels which is hard to debate to be frank.

She then said to see no point to discuss it any further and for her there isn't any, you are in a completely different position than she was and she would not consider going into a debate with a Godfather who has a completely different view on the situation and something can be said for that, something positive if I may.

I don't really see how you can speak for her on what she meant to say by it, she said you are wrong, so she meant i was wrong, which is why i asked her how i am wrong, she never came back to the street and said that she didn't mean to say it or she meant something else, so i dont really see how you would know what she meant or didn't mean.

Fresh faces can't cause trouble. It is the management and dealing with those and any other member that is brought into question.

Whilst I'm here as I wasn't intending to speak on this, how anyone can believe this guy didn't have more than enough chances is beyond me.

A small piece of advice to anyone who feels Mr_Mysterious was hard done by, keep your mouth closed. He got more than a fair deal from Premier, his own lack of control over his members presented a continual danger that he repeatedly demonstrated he was incapable of dealing with.
