Mr Mysterious, When spoke to directly by myself, Altho rarely, Usually resulted in a positive outlook afterwards, But this didnt stop the fact that he couldnt control his members, He was given chance and chance again by his colleges to tanish his city name.

That is unacceptable, Death-Knight took the right course of action for the situation his captain put him in...

Had it been my choice I would have dealt with him after the shooting at Premier by the guys RHM... But... I merely follow the orders I am given.

The next time I hear something from New Orleans, again bad news, Was it the same person? You can bet your bottom lip it was. But again It wasnt my decision to take another city's captain out of power. A ban from L.A and Chicago was sufficiant enough to protect our members.

Thats two chances already? His third chance was alot more for Death Knight to deal with, and unsuprisingly the final straw.

After Death Knights recent decision to remove his captain, I could breath a little sigh of relif. And can continue to work with New Orleans comftable knowing I can deal directly with DK easily due to a previous good relationship.

To be honest I don't think that the views expressed here that appear to contradict others are necessarily mutually exclusive. It is entirely possible to have a leader with whom most/some of his/her family members look up to and respect and even like and at the same time have the same leader not holding repect within his/her own peer group at a leadership level. 

I believe in order to be a good leader the need is to do both extremely well, he/she needs to work with the other cities and leaders and gain thier respect, he/she needs to have relationships with them and also thier own family members. It's not enough just to be liked by your family though, there is more involved in leading than that. The other leaders need to know they can rely on you - there is trust involved here. if you say you are going to deal with a 'problem' then deal with it or ask for help if it is clear that it is beyond your capabilites. No-one would respect anyone any the less if the honest reponse was - this is out of control and I don't know what to do about it - I  believe help and advise would of been freely offered if this was the case.

So I think it maybe important to recognise that some of Mr M family members held him in high regard and liked working for him and that also his leadership ability was problematic for those who know that role best - other leaders. 

Well, here's how I look at it.

L.A. just took over Chicago, and even without it they are bigger than N.O.

I'm pretty sure Premier could have easily lay waste to N.O. if he wanted to, but yet he displayed mercy, something uncommon to this thing of ours. I'll have to give it up for Premier for not going to the mattresses.

We'll just have to be careful who we pick to become a Captain, they should be "I'll-take-a-bullet-for-you" loyal (Or love you enough, matters on the person). If not, I wouldn't pick them to be my Captain.
