I think this entire situation and subsequent discussion should be noted by everyone with aspirations to ever achieve anything in MafiaReturns. Control is paramount, both over what you say and what you do. This level of control extends further when you become a crew leader and you become responsible for the actions of your members, especially if you put them into a position of responsibility.

This thing has been going on for way too long and it is a situation everyone understands now. A man just died for giving his opinion and a new face is being disrespectful. a.k.a tha_hustla. He posted you just got hustled or whatever at the guys funeral. None of this is funny and I think that everyone needs to move on from this event cuz it cant get better and it is just getting worse as it goes on.

I agree Premier and Shadow voiced his opinion wrong and now he is dead.

I must say this has got out of hand from some of Mr_Mysterious's old family. Now I must say this.

Anyone who has a problem with the reasons behind his death then drop me a mail and Ill gladly speak with you. Mr_Mysterious had more then two chances to put his family right and Premier was patient enough to leave Mr_Mysterious alone.

Now I what I stated earlier in my extra speech onto the original one is 100% everything and Godfather Premier even agree's that the reasons behind everything are sufficent. And every Godfather/mother will agree aswell to my knowledge. Now anyone else that wants to voice their own opinion on this matter please send it to my mail box because in the end Mr_Mysterious was given to many chances to put his family right and from my knowledge he tried every time but failed on all.

No I do not mean you Zaza, Mr_Mysterious was a nice guy who helped others. But he let some of his family take the better of him and cause a lot of problems which in long term made him look like a inexperienced leader. Because I have said it to many times today and will continue to say it. As a leader what your members do, it also affects you as a leader to everyone else.

Being a 'Good guy' or nice person doesnt not show you have leadership quality. Taking on the responsibility of a crew also means you have to enforce your rules.

Apparently Mr_Mysterious did not ensure he was taking on capable members of the community, perhaps if he had gotten to know them more before is choices in allowing them entry to his family would have been different, another bad leadership quality.

Fair enough each family takes on a few bad eggs, but a few dozen in such short time? Unacceptable for a leadership position.

I'd re-word "good." Being nice and good just doesn't cut it in this thing of ours. Actually, even that just isn't enough either. People aren't sitting around thinking to themselves, "Oh Don Mr_Mysterious he was a horrible leader..or he was a bad bad man." It was more like, yeah he's a good guy, really helpful and courteous.

However, it takes more then being a "good" leader to survive. You'll be under scrutiny to other crews and cities with every little mistake your members made gets magnified with each fault.

If anything Mr_Mysterious should not blame Godfather DeathKnight for what he did, DK had no choice. There is no excuse for anyone sponsered shooting at any high ranked sponsered members or their BG's. None! It's so simple. You want Godfather Premier, or Deimne to just sit there and say oh they shot at my members, okay I'll let it slide because he's a good guy? That's ridiculous. Build a memorial but business is business. Leaders have to make decisions that they don't wish to make everyday, Don Mysterious had a chance too, but obviously it was too late.

Few dozen ? Rusty, Owney, the person that came from Lorrie's family and the new person, that makes four.

I don't say it's good, no .. Rusty should have done us all a favor and suicided, Owney should have read the rules and Mr_Mysterious's Mass mail about IA's and Godfather Death_Knight's mail for that matter.

They're all lucky they're not dead. That's groundbreaking achievement enough considering the circumstances. Hence the protection list.

This reply is going to be... rather long. However, I feel a need to voice my opinion.

Firstly, many question the reasoning behind his death, its not our place to question the reason behind an action a Godfather takes. However, I personally applaud Godfather Death Knight's decision, and only wish it would've come sooner. But alas, the man has a heart, which is a rare commodity to find in these parts these days, and a reason he makes a good Godfather for his city.

Secondly, Mr_Mysterious_, understand something. You got more chances in New Orleans then you would've gotten in ANY other city, definitely more then you would've gotten in LA. I personally have killed my RHM twice for mistakes. Many do not accept mistakes, and are dealt with swiftly, but instead of your father dealing with them, he continued to fuckup and let his Godfather take the heat for it. For what its worth your father lost all of my respect the second your Right Hand took a shot at my Godfather, you should in fact be thanking the man, you have no idea how close I came to pulling the trigger personally and dying for that action. As a captain you can't think about YOURSELF first, you think about your Godfather and city above all else.

Thirdly, ZaZa, I commend you. Instead of entering a debate and making yourself look foolish you stood back, and chose to stay out of it. 

Fourthly, Godfather Premeir asked the following:

I can tell you that after two fuck ups, I'd have died. It's expected in LA, I'm not saying the way Godfather Premier runs a city is the ONLY way, but obviously its been effective, and personally, if I was killed for my crew's actions, my son would come back under Godfather Premier's leadership and start over, building off his father's mistakes. Every action has a consequence, good, or bad, if we learn from that consequence that makes us better mafioso's and people as a whole.

In closing, leading by example is the ONLY way to lead. As leaders we MUST stand up and show that when we fuckup, or someone close to us fucks up, my RHM or upper structure for example, we have no problem pulling the trigger. Which in turn causes a chain reaction all the way down to the young thug that joined, who now after my action knows what will happen if he steps out of line.

I may not be a member of Los Angeles, however my ancestors were. I would just like to say that my ancestors did fuck up. They were shot on the spot. If I were a leader of a family in Los Angeles and I fucked up, I would be shot on the spot. At the max, I may recieve two chances. 

I personally feel that Mr_Mysterious recieved alot of slack from Los Angeles. I applaud Godfather Premier and Godfather Death-Knight for their patience with the man and their willing to try to settle the problem.
