The old cup was on to something here. While this quote came from before a time that television went full idiot, the sentiment remains. I have learned a lot from books. A ton, seriously. But not as much, and not as quickly as I learned from doing stupid things that almost killed me. So, while Master Shake may not be a philosopher in his own right, he is an inspiration to philosophers.
