Clearly merited, yes. I've talked in private to a few people who have a say on the GFC and keep getting the same answer really, "Until Vegas gets a GF, you guys pretty much suck dick and like it"... Okay maybe not in those words, but you get the point. Fair enough, we all knew those rules when we came here, however something just came to my attention.

Though we can't make rules as the other cities can, I realized that the whole "you can't do anything til you get a GF" is not fair, whatsoever. Again like I said earlier in this speech, this is the mafia, and fairness is the last thing on anyone's mind... But, take this into consideration (and I'm not taking anything away from any of the current leaders anywhere, all of you worked very hard to get to where you are), only 2 of the 5 members on the council themselves are GFs.

You bitch about having done nothing wrong. Well let me tell you something, in LV, an excuse is not needed to kill someone. It is outside the usual rules which govern this world. If someone within LV wants to take someone else for LV out, for no reason, they can, knowing that the only retribution will be from LV themselves. Nana clearly couldn't have lead anyone with such a basic misunderstanding of the concept of leadership. If her bloodline decides to shoots BGs belonging to Vegas members, that's their prerogative, we'll cross that bridge if/when it comes. I can't see someone with such rage managing to be so patient.

The most laughable outburst in all of this is the claim that there is a plan to attack "A" City when we have a Godfather. Lets not forget the fact that most, if not all, of the current inhabitants of Vegas will be dead when such a day arrives, it would be a pretty redundant plan. Then there is the fact we apparently have this plan, but Nana's kid has decided we havn't chosen a City to attack, just that we'll attack A City. Bit of a major flaw in planning an attack imo, but hey, what do I know?

Las Vegas is an experiment and like with all experiments sometimes they need to be adjusted in certain ways to see a more positive result. We, the GF council, noticed the loop hole in the system. There is nothing wrong with taking advantage of loop holes, it is smart thinking to do so. This particular one though had potential to be extremely abused so the council decided to implement these new rules which I 100% agree to. I wish all the current leaders of Vegas luck in this experiment and am looking forward to seeing how Vegas as a whole progresses.
