I asked this same question in private Creep/Vienne, and no, those who were demoted for BG's before this announcement are not bound by this rule.

If there was a broken rule it would have been dealt with Animal has belonged nowhere else other then Vegas stop trying to cause issues where there are none

Not to mention he was IWP more then 7 days before starting his own crew soooooo, I suppose not much more to say.

No reason not to ask questions folks, Triangle is entitled to think that the whole world missed out on the fact I'm IWP and that it takes him to point it out for people to realise their error...

Triangle our Godfather's exact words are, "If a person is VWP, and becomes EWP or higher while in Las Vegas they cannot set up for 7 days following the BG change."

This would include, OWP and IWP.

Why bother even making rules when no one even bothers to read them? As Zakk has said it clearly states the rules about being IWP.

Only accounts that are 5 days old or less may be BG'd up. This does not mean let me demote him like I normally would he is less than 5 days old that way. This means from the beginning of that particular account he cannot be older than 5 days and be BG'd up.


Why isn't this in effect for every city, every crew and every member?

Mercenary The idea was to set up an equal playing feild in Las Vegas so that people whos bloodlines had never been a hand or CL could goto Vegas and set up and try there hand at being a leader and maybe just proving that they have that ability.

Whilest many have tryed and failed others have stood firm i think many jumped at the chance not really thinking about how to go about it and prepere themselves Animal has clearly put alot of thought into his Vegas venture and i wish him all the best and personly hope that he can bring some stability to that city.

I'm in full agreement with that. Everyone already has the notion that it's gonna happen in their head the second they step foot anyways. Should be some regulation with it.
