You can go around in circles talking about this for as long as you want but the reality is, the best part of the game is building. The first 50/60 days after a clear out is the best as everyone is active, wanting to hit the rats, getting into main to talk shite and CLs are building a crew. Once 50% of the game has hit their number in wack, naturally the game becomes stagnant because in that time you can also hit your units for the character you want. What is the point in logging on for 50 + hours a week once you have hit your targets. Literally a waste of time and you can't say 'because of crew members' because most CLs already know who they have and a lot of chat is done on WA and discord with there friends (I have no friends) The game doesn't have an influx of new members either so again it is pretty self explanatory why the hours go to what they are now but the thread poster already knows this. It's nobodies fault, that IS the game for the majority of us and it doesn't matter what regime is in charge it will never change unless the game changes. |

I think it might help to steer the conversation away from calling people out, and maybe do something that the previous regime failed to do, by actually working together on how we handle this as a community. Everyone’s got real-life commitments, and this is still a game at the end of the day, but if we want smoother play and less frustration, there are a few ideas we could kick around. Obviously none of this is set in stone, just suggestions to start a proper discussion.
If our goal is accountability (without the drama):
If our goal is community health (reduce drama):
Realistically, we’ve seen this same argument play out every few months. Someone posts stats, people get defensive, the thread catches fire, and nothing changes. Maybe this time we can actually break that cycle. Let’s use this thread positively instead of letting it descend into chaos and finger-pointing, which, if we’re being honest, feels like it might have been the initial intention. The main thing missing before wasn’t rules, it was consistency. If we apply the same approach to everyone and communicate properly, this kind of thread won’t even be needed. |

Nowhere did I lump everyone together. I said the majority. If the shoe fits wear it. I am humored you think you have pegged. There was no breakdown. There was no disrespect. There was no throwing anyone under the bus. You do not know me at all. |

I'd really love to see a thread that shows how many times Spike's characters come and go. Your obsession with tracking other players in not only this case but also I'm the previous regime is what should be shameful. Many of us play this as a game, but you seem to treat it as a career.
Nevertheless, at the end of the day, the game is more enjoyable nowadays compared to when you ran things, people were afraid to lose their lives and everything they built in that character.
I'm glad to see the game moving forward as a whole and the exciting new updates Izzy has in store. |

I believe Spikes total hours indicate he averages 45 hours a week for the last 16 years.
So I don't think you are wrong Shane. |

This thread is ragebait. The solution is simple and has always been the same. If you don't like it, rank up and do something about it. 😊

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. 35 hours a week is a piece of cake. Many of those who have low activity know as much. Not every drops their hours because they achieved a gun. I have pretty much maintain consistent active hours during my years here. (About 13 years) Even at times even when I opt to remain w/o a crew I'm easily active. My hours were insane when I was a Cl or hand. I recall it being the same for other CL's and hands. It's not that difficult for many. And I will say for many it is indeed impossible. If the upper structure is IA and taxes are on that is a disgrace. And it's worse if asking for donations. I learned long before I arrived here your crew is priceless. And without a crew you're nothing. |

Johnny, I find it totally unacceptable to not have a LH for days. It is a sure tell sign as a GF you are selfish and inept. If the truth hurts so be it. |

Are you even listening, Johnny? It's totally unacceptable! These idiots no one wants in their crew know what is best for the game, heed their words at once! |

Thank Gawd everyone is not like your grudge holding butt Skootzy. Yet I was able to sit along side you under leadership and not once but twice and there were no issues. I chose to go where I want to go. And I am content. It is mindsets like yours that are a turn off. |

Oh look, I'm famous. Yeah, 3 weeks in a row, and probably a lot longer if I am being honest. I have a finite amount of time to play, but I'm here a lot more than the the stats say, I'm just not constantly clicking. As the game only seems to log the time spent actively playing, and not time logged in, my hours look lower than they are, go figure. But hey, I'm enjoying the notoriety. |
