If they aren't wearing any indication of where they came from do you really expect people to not shoot them?

In other words, everyone that is tagged is under the protection order is being left to find a home only those who never really showed any loyalty to their crew are being shot. I don't see what the problem is here?

With all due respect, I strongly believe that war will always be the last option for a family head to go into. It's not just bad for business but it also affects the whole community as well. And in this thing of ours family always comes first. This is not power tripping, this is about protecting your family and keeping the respect of the community.

My respect to those who died during the war. I pray for your souls.

I do not know where you are getting your information on that one from Dom, as far as I know you receive a weeks grace upon entering the life of crime that we lead.

Yes that is true, however as a whole unless you do something wrong after that time you are given an additional 5 days to find proper housing in a family.

It is 7 days if you do not train your gun in any way.

Frank walks up from within the crowd and stands alongside Quinten. Reaching into his pocket he withdraws his pack of cigarettes, lights one, and takes a drag. 

I've never enjoyed having to gun down friends, its a painful thing to do. A dispute happened and was dragged out much farther than it should've been. While compensation was received, it was not the only payment given. The disrespect accompanied with it was unwarranted and Quinten shares the same policy as I do when it comes to lack of respect, Zero Tolerance, whatsoever.

Frank takes another drag before continuing his statement.

I was unaware of the situation until hours after it had happened and had no intention of even bothering with it until Quinten had brought it to my attention and his feelings towards Queens' response to it. His intentions were clear and we took the steps to handle the situation our way. With Detroit and Philly completely on board, Staten Island joined the cause. Within a couple hours, the plans had been made and action was taken.

Frank looks among the crowd and takes a drag before continuing.

This, takedown, was not some rage fueled warmonger's attempt at taking on two wars at once. It was merely a city standing up for itself and not rolling over in the face of disrespect and for this I commend you, Quinten. May those who lost their lives on either side of the fight rest in peace. It was a sad night in Queens, NY, but seeing how far NYC has come I know it'll be back up and running in no time.
