| Iron Man 1. 9/10, one of the greatest films ever made. I can see why many regard it as the father of Marvel films. | |

Last film I went to see in theaters was Ballerina. Good action, meh story. Still had John Wick in it so small bonus point. Overall a turn your brain off and enjoy the spectacle kind of movie, but a far cry from the original series. I give it a 7. |

Last movie I (re)watched was Shawshank Redemption. It's a classic for sure, although I'm not sure I'd rate it as highly as IMDB does! |

I watched the latest Hunger Games, which is really a prequel. It goes back to when Snow, the game-master of the regular movies, is a student who is then a mentor in one of the earlier hunger games. I guess it increases on lore, but decreases on spectacle. The games back then where smaller in scale and in that sense it all feels less impressive to watch. The story itself never grabbed me that much. The concept is okay, but it doesn't go that deep and the characters aren't to evolved either. There's no one to really connect with. Katniss in the first movies was better, but I recall that after the first movie I also lost interest in the story. |

| Not quite the last, but the one that sticks out The Beekeeper. Absolute pile of shit. I went in with low expectations but I wanted to watch a film I didn't have to think about but I think I killed brain cells watching it. Awful film. | |

Went to see Superman over the weekend. I was actually pleasantly surprised with this one. It was well put together, didn't take it self overly seriously, and did the smart thing which is made Superman lose in the first 3 minutes so that there was at least some tension, which is what a lot of stories about Superman lack. |

Last move I saw was Superman. I’d rate it a solid 7.8 out of 10. It wasn’t the best superhero film I’ve ever seen, but I liked the story and the use of “new” on screen characters. It was a bonus that I left feeling like I hadn’t seen just another marvel style film. It felt like I had seen something new and I’m looking forward to whatever else they make |

Watched 28 years later It wasn’t too bad, a little slow at points. Not as overly bloody as I thought it was gonna be but it wasn’t terrible. |

| Fantastic Four. 10/10 movie. I’d have stayed and watched it again if I didn’t have plans. Sure Storm is the star of the movie for sure. | |

Last movie I watched was Fantastic 4. I would probably give it an 8.6 out of 10. It was a solid movie that felt like it was a nice mixture of family fun, comedy, drama, and action. Loved how they built the world around a futuristic mid-1900’s as well. I kinda hope we get to see more MCU films that exist in that universe on that earth. |

My last watched was 28 Years Later Overall, I really enjoyed it, but it was a different vibe from the trailers. I was expecting it to be heavier on the horror. The cinematography was amazing, there were sooo many beautiful shots. Beware the meat pendulum lol |

Alright y'all, I watched KPop Demon Hunters. Was very surprised by this film. Great animation by Sony, much like the Spiderverse movies. Catchy music, and a plot that doesn't suck. Some very funny moments. I would recommend giving it a try even if you don't think it's for you, you might be surprised. |

I'm following the Watson series of this year. A bit messy, modern, and more focused on "doctor stuff". And I'm wondering if in this version of the story Holmes actually died or he's going to pop up at some point. |

why him
10/10 I am stoned and it is making me laugh my ass off. it has a good cast and the plot makes it a comedic rom com.
I know it isn't truly a 10/10 but for my current mood it is |

F1 Movie. 7/10. Was pretty gripping, some good cameos too, but I’m not sure it’s the sort of thing I’d ever watch more than once. Plus a lack of mafia plot lines is always a minus. |

Sometimes we sit down for movie night and lean towards something scary. I had shortlisted one from HBO, just because I figured it would be a nice watch, scary, but also nothing special. Turns it out it gave creepy vibes throughout, at times even not too far fetched as it's about two families being together and one is obviously a bit off the beaten path in a few ways. We were kinda screaming from the sofa "Leave then, now you have the chance". Well, they didn't leave and it's one of those stories that becomes more disturbing over time until you realise... there's no hope here. It'll remain disturbing till the end.
Anyway, without spoiling too much, consider giving Speak no evil a go, if you fancy that type of stuff. For me it was a reason to stop watching that kinda stuff for a while, but that's just because of the topics. The movie in itself is very well done I'd say. |
