This isn't so much a favourite song from the 80's per say, more a genre and a movement. The 80's punk scene in L.A was interesting! The real L.A Punk scene, not the one people remember with all the violence and white supremacy - that's not what Punk's about at all. Notable bands such as Black Flag, Dead Kennedy's, Bad Religion, Minor Threat, Circle Jerks and D.O.A all deserve some recognition.

Take on me by Ah-Ha. I can’t explain it. It’s not my usual style of music but for some reason I love it.

Just about anything from AC/DC and Def Leppard. I would say by far the best album rock was in the 80's
