Seems like there needs to be some clarification from the confusion. It's easy though, if your district gets a GF, the tax is lifted from your district. The sooner you get your Godfather the badge, the less you'll have to pay in the weekly taxes until you get them lifted off you completely.

And Lizzie, if they get another district, I believe there will be at least one Godfather in their city by then. They would be more than welcome to use the district as they please. That's the way I see it.

I am going to point that some of the leaders in Philly are just a day or two over the minimum time they can gain such a prestigious rank and if I remember correctly not all of the Godfathers in New York received their Godfather "badges" until days after due to waiting upon others.

I get wanting to "inspire" or extort them into gaining the ability to don such outfits but it seems a bit rushed just because. A bit hypocritical even.

I don't see how robbing Cls of their money will help them better their City/District. The betterment of a district will not come from any rank, it'll come from actions. To assume a District needs a GF to be of importance or a factor is, well, stupid.

You're hurting them and padding your own pockets, extorting them simply because you can and rubbing it in their fucking faces. Basically saying, "what the fuck are you gonna do about it? Look at all my monies!"

Maybe these "unique" thoughts need to be placed into making other districts stand out and for the actual betterment of the community.

Not really they are inherently opposite.

Extortion , hardly if the godfathers wants to extort surely they would charge more money millions a day ten million + a week. You see since the days of godfather lothbrok Philadelphia has been looked down upon and I think this surely is incentive to get a godfather , grow and stop the tax.

An incentive implies a reward for doing well, not to be taxed. Unless of course, you are suggesting the end of the taxation is the reward then that sir I find laughable. Though I really hope that is not the case.

To be very honest, this is the first time i have seen this happen. However, Those that know my bloodline will attest that one of the things i am known for is paying attention  to the 60 second list, for obvious reasons. I am also, despite my work schedule  been active for many hours a day, some days more than others. I will say that i know for a fact that Philadelphia has some very inactive leaders, and it shows on the crew page under the recent activity. (at least it did last time i looked). Im not saying that all the leaders in Philadelphia are inactive cause i see quite a few on and off during the day recently (Most of them are hands but that is neither here nor there).

The point i am getting at is this. I look at Philadelphia and I see an earners paradise. I say that because a good portion of the leaders there spend more time away from their crews than they do with them (with the exception of a select few). What do you mean by earners paradise? you may ask yourselves. The answer is simple, how can you expect your crews to be loyal and donate their money to you, that they worked their ass off to get, if you are not actively taking the time to get to know them and earning that loyalty? Truth be told, you really cant because that is the example you are setting.

More importantly how can you grow as a city when the people you have designated to be sponsors are not recruiting? I know that to be true because on this account alone, I spent the first 4 hours without a family, deciding where i was gonna go and weighing in my options. and inside of that 4 hours only 2 crews from Philadelphia out of all your families that are currently set up, reached out to me and made an effort to recruit me, those crews being Bruiser's and Donnie's.  NY and CH spammed the hell out of my inbox. some i replied to and some i didnt.  Put yourself in a civilians shoes for a moment and ask yourself, If i looked at the crew page in the menu and seen how active the majority of the leaders are ( or were at the time), would i join that family? I bet you the answer would be no.

You cant tell me that you didnt see the Godfather council taking notice and taking action coming, cause i did. 

with all that said, i agree with the Godfather councils decision and fully support it, but at the same time I wish Philadelphia the best and want to see all you guys succeed. Im not trying to sound harsh but This is what i see, and probably what others see, from the outside looking in.

i must say this from my perspective and the perspective of my crew for the amount of people i have under me compared to the amount of people under other crew leaders taken on average i spend more time with my family talking helping attempting to recruit and keeping in touch as much as possible with the other heads of philadelphia

i try with every fiber of my being to make sure that i make a name for myself, its no secret this is my first headquarters in this world of ours

but what also isnt a secret  is that i have a small amount of players with me that does play in part to philadelphia being such a small percentage of the 60 second list however i do not see that as a excuse i see that as a challenge i have spent many hours trying to persuade those at the bottom of the 60 second list to give Philadelphia chance help us get active help us grow further help us establish more and more roots

and Thorin i can almost with maybe 90% certainty say that when you started i was with bruiser and i am more than likely the one who reached out to try and recruit you

as per  The_Hitta's comments its is true this has struck a nerve with many Philadelphians but it mostly has struck a nerve on the basis that they are bringing to light something we all know and and giving us less than 1 day to decide what to do with their offer so to speak

GodFather Jeddy has openly stated that he will be using these contributions, at least partially, to fund events in Philadelphia. Now Jeddy has clearly shown that he is a generous man so expect these portions to be well endowed..

I welcome this investment in our future and no doubt we will be given a schedule of the forthcoming activities very soon, assuming that is that the payments were made of course, which I expect they were.

Look at the leaders:

Bruiser has just been a lug for years. Dead weight with no real ability to do anything except be a click monkey.
Donnie-Brasco who for some reason has assumed the role of an FBI rat because that's all he is.

Ghostbuster or whoever your kin maybe, i don't think you don't know the two person your talking about, you mention that this two leaders has no capabilties to build the city of Philadelpia. As far as my bloodline had sit here and see leaders that fits well to be called a leader this to people including Gimli are one of the people that can be said born to be a leader. Maybe yes we sometimes don't see them here because of other world work. but to tell you the truth i never seen leaders who is trying to work very hard, trying to help each others. Giving best to what they think is best to the city of Philadelpia. Instead of arguing with something they are trying to find good ways to improve each and every family they are leading. In my life here, this three district are trying to provide what is best and fit to each and every individual who are living in Philadelpia. They maybe be slow not like the others but they work surely and purely.

This people that everyone is thinking not doing anything, are the people who is making sure, that what they are doing will not benefits themselves alone but benefits the whole city. The cash flows is not that great like others may think, we have to make loans, do other rockets just to make everything in line.

Now for the topic, it is a good idea though have everybody thought of what does it feel to fullfill an imposible? if others are thinking that Philadelpia has less mobility, we all should have to think again, they maybe less appeared in our street but they are surely trying to figure out things even they are not in their offices. i know this coz am a part of the city, a part of trying to fulfil a goal in this same city.

This is only my thought on this but if this is what the GodFather Council is best for the city I will be willing to give my two hands to help make this success.

I just want to say ty to those in gf council who voted for these taxes it helps a lot to philly, i mean it isnt big problem i mean look at me bg capped all bgs trained to full, also everyone in my crew are iwp and i got 1000 creds for jailbreaking. 

I just dont understand why you couldnt write "hey we are stronger than you we will take your money" rather than making all this sound like you are helping.

If you want to motivate me i will be more than happy if someone sends me 20 creds for jails.
