im going to say this because i feel this needs to be said in light of current events which have been brought up towards Philadelphia and the "Taxes Incentive", this statement represents my views and only my views and in no way am i speaking for all of Philadelphia .

after this "incentive" has been drafted up and put forth to the families of Philadelphia it has been made much clearer that the intent towards the city of Philadelphia does have a hint of extortion in the way some words were put together but i have never felt that it was truly extortion, as many of you can see early on in this thread that i accepted the support of the GF Council and i stand by that initial statement

it is my belief that the GF Council is indeed looking out for the best interests of Philadelphia as it has been my belief since the beginning

the GF Council and the city of Philadelphia have come to a mutual understanding of what is to be expected and what the outcome is expected to be i do not want to get into much detail on this as it is simply between Philadelphia and the GF Council to be honest, while i do appreciate the thought of anger and what have you towards the idea of "extortion" which has been thrown around on the streets these past couple days i do not feel in anyway extorted by anyone as  Myself and my Family have received nothing but pure support since the initial implementation of the "Incentive Program"

as DanTheMan has stated there has been agreements made behind closed doors between the City of Philadelphia and The GF Council and i believe everyone directly involved in this program now has a clearer understanding of the true intentions of the program and no-one feels it is a bad thing (I speak as an assumption of course however speaking with the other Crew Leaders since the back door agreements they all seem pleased with the outcome of the agreements)

The districts falls into is just as said, I found it astonishing how quickly it took to get a taxation on another city that doesn't belong to them but yet it's taken even longer to hear any word about things that would seem to affect these streets or life of ours more, aka the districts. I was merely speaking as any other person may or might not of, if or if not in the loop of how things go behind closed doors.

In the streets, its never over til no one feels the need to address a topic again. Just because 1 person, regardless of rank, says something is over does not mean it is. I could care less either way with the topic on hand, just merely stating common sense on a simple thing that was said.
