I rode past someone's house today who had six bins sitting out. I shit you not. I still have just the two, but I'm intrigued about this six-bin person. Perhaps I should go to their house and request an interview on behalf of MafiaReturns in order to get to the bottom of this.

My permit arrived today for my garden waste bin. I'm going to have to put that on the bin now so that the binmen will take it away. I'll do that tomorrow, probably. Still 3 bins.

"At one of my apartments", check out the property tycoon over here. A 15 bin brag as well. Disgusting admissions. 

Not enough, is the short answer. Likely could use one in our living room, bedroom and a new and slightly bigger one in our bathroom without a lid because it turns out a lid on a trashcan is too much when taking the empty roll off the holder and putting a new roll in place. 

This isn't a discussion for your indoor bin arrangements. Why would anyone be interested in that? This is for wheelie bin chat. Exclusively. Take that to the next fat cat meeting with Conall. Some light banter after finding new ways to make the poor suffer.

I have some bin-adjacent news to report. I get my trash and recycling picked up by Kimble Disposal, who the city has a contract with and probably 99.99% of city residents use for waste disposal. Oh no, not the old lady who lives across the street from me. She has a copy of people in a regular pickup truck come by every Tuesday and take her trash. Meanwhile, the big garbage truck comes by every Wednesday for the rest of us. I get it, she lives alone and probably does not generate that much trash, but the regular service is only $35 every two months. Hardly busting the bank. Also, those shady people who pick up her trash...where are they taking it? The whole thing seems pretty suspicious.

we have 4 bins - recycling but not paper; paper and cardboard; green waste (at extra cost) and te non recyclable rubbis.  Bin policies tend to be done by people working full time in the area and wit limited regard for practicality

I thought this was a fraud post for a quick second.

At home, we  placing trash bins in several key areas:

1. In the kitchen – for food scraps and general kitchen waste.
2. In the bedrooms – both in our child’s room and ours, for convenience.
3. In the dining area – so it’s easy to throw things away during meals.
4. In front of the house – we keep a larger bin here to collect all the household trash before it’s picked up by the waste collector.

I have a green bin for recycling that the city provides. Originally had no trash bin, we just placed the trash bags on the street. Yet, now the city provides us with a grey trash bin since they upgraded to trash trucks that pick them up. And lastly we have our own black trash can we used originally for trash, but now has become compost.

Nicodeon, absolutely nobody cares about any other point on your list than #4. This should have been #1 and the only entry on the list. Please keep your internal bin regimen to yourself. This is NOT the place for that type of discussion - it is vulgar and unwelcome. Glad to see Camzilla's AI nonsense resulted in his death. 

we still have 4 bins - see above - but what really worries me is the number of people who have posted here and have subsquently been wacked ... do you think that your local authority gets alerted to the complaints here?
