I love a good stir fry, quick easy and full of flavour.

I just got a pellet smoker and it's amazing.  Like cheat codes for BBQ.  I've tried smoked chicken, pork, and even pizza on the grill.  I want to try brisket next.

I am going low carb these days. So I make a nice spaghetti sauce with hot sausage as the protein.

instead of regular noodles I oven bake a halved spaghetti squash with salt, pepper and olive oil face down on a cookie sheet. About 20 minutes, and use the squash as my noodles.

so good.

Box Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  1. 6 cups or 1.4L of water
  2. 1 box of mac and cheese
  3. 1/4 cup or 55g butter
  4. 1/4 cup or 59ml of milk
  5. 1 Package of powdered cheese from the box
  6. 1/2 cup or 110g of your favorite shredded cheese

Cooking Method

  1. Bring 6 cups or 1.4 L of water to a boil
  2. Add your macaroni to the water and let cook for 8 minutes
  3. Add cooked noodles to a strainer and set aside
  4. Add 1/4 cup or 55g of butter to the saucepan and cook at medium-high until golden brown
  5. Add 1/4 cup or 59 ml of milk to the butter and bring it to a rolling simmer
  6. Add the package of cheese powder that came with the box and whisk it until everything is combined
  7. Add 1/2 cup or 110g of your favorite shredded cheese and mix until melted
  8. Add the strained macaroni pasta back into the whole ordeal and add mix to combine

If you want to be real fancy about it, you can brown some ground beef, strain it and add it into the Mac and Cheese, or you could even go as far as frying up some bacon and add that in, OR you could even do both, but don't let me tell you what to add or how to cook your box mac and cheese.

In a pinch it’s real easy to make spaghetti, and at the same time the same principles really apply to lasagna too. Mozzarella and provolone on top of the lasagna tho , no cheddar.
