i must admit, it is better to to see who is not that active in once place other than going between crew pages back to back although i also take into fact that some peoples lives happen to be busier than others. |

If any uppers can't manage 10 hours a week just be a crew member and enjoy the game. Less than 10 hours is not sufficient. It also does not give room for active players with time to have opportunities either. Sleepy uppers in title only is not good for the game. Technical question please for admins is it taken over an actual specific 7 day period? I only ask as in a previous role I was shown as low after taking a well communicated to my crew as was at a wedding for 2 days but then back on it. Is it from this date to this date weekly or review daily in retrospect? In full support of the naming and shaming btw. |

I agree Scrumpy and with a few others on this waste of time thread. The bottom line is being a CL and RH is a commitment that does require far more time than the permitted here. If shit happens in their lives that they cannot give more time to their crew members just step down and get the hell out the way. The way it has been happening is active CL's with active RH's are slated to be killed. |

It sums up all activity in a rolling past 7 days of all closed sessions. It does not count your current session, because it is not closed. If you have 3 hours within the past week, and then login for 2 hours, during that 2 hours it will still only say 3 hours however once you log out and enough time is past for you to be fully logged out, your current 2 hours is now finalized, and added. |

God forbid over the course of 147 days I have a week or two where I'm genuinely so busy that I can't put in the standard 60+ hours a week as usual. This is a game. Real life will always take priority. |
